We usually have a kick-off meeting to discuss the needs and then communicate back and forth with questions to understand the scope of each project. Then a price and timeline proposal is shared.

A project manager was the main point of contact, but I also communicated with the main developer from time to time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

One of my client's had a website crash, and they were able to help get it back up and run and running even better than it had in the last few years. Another website, they helped the client earn thousands of dollars during the holiday season by helping resolve issues on their e-commerce site.

We communicate via Skype and a little bit via email. On more complex projects Google Docs are created by the team to ask questions and have back and forth communication to make sure the full scope of projects is understood.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their quick response, timeline, and knowledge of issues that I have is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometime there are minor misunderstandings with questions due to language barriers, but they're easily worked through. Most of the time it isn't a big issue.

I have to be honest, I didn't understand many of the items listed as it was out of my wheelhouse, but I had trust and faith in the CoderKube crew.

In conclusion, the staff at CoderKube make have saved my business and provided me critical infrastructure to make sales and shopping a pleasant experience from my web platform. As a result of this, I am proud of their tenacity, hard word, and gentle customer service. It brought my business to a point where I didn't think it would be possible.

The Management is very attune to the needs of the industry and the reality of the produce you bring them. They are authorities' in taking needed steps to bring you product up to its full potential and project it onto the work place with confidence. For a new business owner, this is a refreshing concept, which brings peace in chaotic time.

The company is able to tackle any sizes I.T problem with ease and quickly. They even have a way to work on your website, while you are still generating income.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have no need for improvement. I can speak for myself that looking back on the process, all the improvement was needed on my side as I was deeply concerned about the time, cost, and impact to my business this upgrade would pose. I am happy to say I worried for nothing. I now have full faith and confidence in the CoderKube crew and management team!

Communication is great, and generally, we use Skype for video meetings and email and Skype for messaging. We don't have any issues with meeting project deadlines and working to milestones throughout projects ensuring that we can deliver on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a wide range of skill sets available within their team, meaning that they can cater to basic brochure websites and more complex bespoke websites and platforms. Their customer service and availability are fantastic. We highly recommend working with them.

We haven't come across any.

Since we began working with them, we’ve worked on different web projects. The measure is that they always do what we ask them to do, and the success happens as the partnership progresses.

We talk on Skype or video calls. A lot of their time goes to bigger projects, but their strong point is working on small jobs and fixes. They sort out small fixes quickly.

They could improve their customer service approach, management structure, and testing. We had a few issues with them being done on time with testing.

Clients need to understand the level of service they’re going to receive from them in terms of capacity. They should know how soon they can get the work done, their response levels, and messaging.

Despite the language barrier, communication between our team is seamless. CodeKube Technologie’s team always has someone available to work with or contact which is really helpful. We use Skype or Slack to communicate depending on the projects at hand. They’re very reliable and their feedback is always on point.

The price value and their communication skills are impressive.

Sometimes, they fail to deliver the quality that’s expected, but we’re working on that. Fortunately, since bringing up this feedback, they’ve successfully applied it and improved the quality of work. When checking, they should go through it 2–3 times to see coding errors.

A lot of web projects don’t have requirements, but you should specify the details for them. Communicate what you need and want in as much detail as possible. If you give them something vague, it may not turn out the way you want it.

the outcome of our project is our website and we are delighted with it. our customers always comment on how it looks better than the competition!

Our website is our shop front and as such needs to be working at all times. If anything has ever gone wrong, CoderKube will fix it very quickly so we do not worry about any downtime.

This is worth its weight in gold to know that Moin is always there to help us. they explain how long a job will take and stick to it. they are very professional

They are very friendly and helpful. and communicate extremely well. excellent English, and very quick to get back to me!

CoderKube provides ongoing maintenance for our Magento 2 website. They’ve installed additional modules and made various amendments and changes. Their work is strictly related to coding.

I have eight people from CoderKube on our Skype group with one main point of contact, whose upper managers jump in when something is beyond his scope. This helps make sure that the work is delivered on time and as accurately as possible.

I found them via Upwork, where they had very good reviews. I interviewed multiple development teams and selected CoderKube because they had all the expertise I needed under one roof; I wouldn’t be relying on just one person. They could deliver good solutions fast.

We started working with CoderKube in March or April 2020, and it’s ongoing.

CoderKube has done good work, and they’ve implemented many of the changes that our previous website developer said were impossible.

The website is growing as a result of their work, and our business is moving much faster than before. I don’t have any metrics, but we’re really happy with the performance of the site.

I assign them the work over Trello, and I’m also connected with them over Skype, email, and phone.

Their project management is absolutely amazing. There were a couple of times when I had an issue late at night during the weekend, and someone answered my call even then. They got in and resolved my issue in one hour at most.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been in this business for a long time, and I’ve come across many dishonest people that overinflate quotes. I can monitor CoderKube quite well, and I know that they do good work and don’t try to fool the client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re a young team, and they are improving day by day. I haven’t seen any mistakes, so I have no particular suggestions for them at this time.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend having a conversation with them first. I find Skype to be a good option because we can have the whole team on it, and, if someone’s unavailable, another team member can jump on.

I’m a happy customer, and I’d definitely recommend CoderKube to someone looking to grow their business. There are other companies out there, but I’m happy with this one. I’m looking forward to working with them for a long time.

CoderKube handles everything related to the actual construction of the platform. They’re responsible for the front- and backend development, building the infrastructure, and generally for the technical aspects of the company.

Additionally, they’ve helped design the platform, and they provide guidance around SEO and keyword research. The team has also built two Native mobile apps, for iOS and Android.

Our platform sees 4,000–5,000 monthly users, which we can definitely attribute in part to CoderKube. They’ve captured our image for the platform perfectly. The team is very collaborative and they deliver the high-quality features we want and suggest new ones as they see fit. We really see them as our partners.

How did CoderKube Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We use a range of technologies to keep in touch, including WhatsApp, email, Trello, and others. If I ever want to add a feature to the platform, they give me an estimate in terms of budget and timeline. Most of the time, they’ll deliver before that deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of the code CoderKube delivers and their fast response are both great. The thing that makes me most comfortable and safe when working with them is their communication. Whenever I need something, I know I’ll be able to reach them.

They could work more on the design aspect of their services. Their design is good, but it’s not as high quality as the code they deliver.

I would recommend going to a design agency first to finalize that aspect before taking it to CoderKube for development. It will make it easier for them to turn it into a live site because they’ll have a full understanding of the code and features.

What challenge were you trying to address with CoderKube?

I work on the design side, so I was looking for a reliable development team. I started working with CoderKube around two years ago, and I used them as my development team, rather than employing locally.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I estimate I’ve worked on 15 websites with CoderKube—they provide WordPress and HTML development. I supply design files to them, which they convert into actual sites. They’ve also worked on quite a few technical sites, many of them customized.

For example, I have a UK partner for an image retouching service, through which clients upload their images. We have a team of retouchers locally, who get notifications of the images, which they can download and retouch in an automated fashion. The client receives notice about the images’ status, and when deliveries are estimated. We did the designs, while they built a fully customized site with an automated workflow.

The custom website is aimed at real estate people, who can upload images of properties to the system. There are 30–40 users in the UK using it on a regular basis, and we have a team of retouchers globally, so everything’s great.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with three people from their team, one of whom is my go-to person for all requests. We have some difficult and demanding clients, who expect significant results within a few days.

How did you come to work with CoderKube?

At the time, I was working with a previous team to disappointing results. Delivery times were getting longer and longer, which wasn't good for business, so I needed to look for another vendor.

I found CoderKube through a freelancing site called PeoplePerHour and have never looked back since. They deliver every time and seem to surpass expectations, no matter how challenging the brief.

We’ve spent $25,000–$30,000 overall. We’re doing regular work together, and the bill for this month was $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in early 2017 and the collaboration is ongoing. The automation workflow work was started around November of that year and delivered in January 2018. They completed the most recent website in October 2018. I now have another project, and 2–3 more lined up for the coming weeks.

I have another client for whom I create 3–4 websites per month, and it’s going really well. The feedback’s great and being able to provide excellent service for my clients has helped me grow my business.

How did CoderKube perform from a project management standpoint?

Over the last two years, they’ve been the best development team that I’ve worked with and are superb at project management. If we have any concerns, we speak directly with our business relations manager; they ensure that the team addresses all of our technical issues. In terms of communication, we use email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is impressive. If they say they will deliver the job, they will. They don’t agree to things that are not achievable or that they can’t deliver. They always go above and beyond, putting in extra resources, if necessary, and do everything they can to meet client demands.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not from my side. We’ve kept going back to them, and the relationship has grown because I can’t really fault them.
