Improved Operational Efficiency: The custom software reduced manual administrative tasks freeing up staff time and improving response rates to user enquiries and service requests.

These outcomes have not only met but exceeded our initial objectives, contributing to increased visibility, better user engagement, and more efficient internal operations

Codemarine demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement. Despite being based in India while we are UK-based, communication was clear, consistent, and well-coordinated. We held regular progress meetings via video calls which helped maintain full visibility and accountability at every stage.

They adhered closely to the agreed timelines, with all major deliverables completed on schedule or ahead of time. Milestones were clearly defined, and any adjustments were proactively communicated and mutually agreed upon.

Overall, our experience with Codemarine Technologies was very positive. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be whilst communication was generally strong, occasional delays in clarifying complex requirements could be further improved with more visual mockups or wireframes earlier in the design phase. This would help bridge any gaps in interpretation and speed up decision-making.

That said, they were always receptive to feedback and quick to adapt when suggestions were made.

All eLearning content will be developed with industry-standard compliance (SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004) to ensure compatibility with other LMS platforms if needed.

The project delivered real, measurable improvements that clearly showed it was a success. We hired Codemarine Technologies for two projects: designing an e-learning tool for the courses we teach at our school and designing our school website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided Codemarine Technologies with all the materials, and they designed an interactive e-learning tool for us using Articulate Storyline. This platform allowed us to create interactive content for the students. The goal was to make learning fun for our students. For the school website, we asked them to include all the information about our school and make it available in two languages.

We were very satisfied with the final results of the e-learning tool and the school website. Codemarine Technologies delivered on time, and we had set time-related goals for them. We had created a timeline and set out by when we needed specific features to be completed. The wireframe of the website was the first feature on the timeline, and it built the foundation of the website. Our website had many pages, and each page had different information. The completion of each page indicated success.

Codemarine Technologies always delivered on time and responded well to our needs. They were also very accommodating if we needed anything to be changed. We communicated through WhatsApp.
