We have to work around the current Salesforce Pardot implementation for now.
Historical Data: Not so important to recover and merge data from before (old site, a lot has changed) - Focus on the future
Lack of definition regarding current ga4 implementation, from topline metrics discrepancies with jetpack to the need to check form subscription tracking.
Next viable step is to run a full ga4 audit.
To match results with expectations, we will try to fill a measurement framework for ga4 -
(note that it should have some dummy data - in the current case for an e-commerce example which is the most complete, but feel free to delete and overwrite. )
Ad Platforms:
There is a Google Ads account. Please take the customer id and send you, so we can send the request to connect to our MCC

LinkedIn business manager - We can access BM and the asset: page. It's missing the ad account. Please create and share the same way.
We'll also have to install LinkedIn pixel + events, which'll come after we have the Analytics part figured out.

Weekly meetings with the team worked well. The team was very reactive, and it was easy to communicate with them. Most of the time, the campaigns were online on time. I would have needed a bit more proactivity, but the overall experience was very good.
