Our company was established in 1923. Our main focus has always been on office lease. The Company owns office buildings for lease in Osaka, Tokyo (Japan), HCM City and Hanoi (Vietnam). My position is administrative supervisor for CornerStone Building - one of our two buildings located in Vietnam.

For what projects/services did your company hire CO-WELL ASIA?

The initial website was a static website with out-dated design, making it unappealing to visitor and difficult to upgrade and maintain, so we wanted to build a new one

What were your goals for this project?

The new website was developed for better visitor experience, and it must also be user-friendly since we do not have our own IT team for future maintenance.

They were recommended to us by our partner. There were other possible vendors, but after reviewing and considering their all proposals and price quotation, we found that CO-WELL ASIA was the most qualified one that we wanted to collaborate in that important project

We wanted to build a new website for introducing our 4th building in Hanoi. The initial website was a static website, making it difficult to upgrade and maintain. CO-WELL Asia helped us to built a new dynamic website with an easy-to-manage administration interface.

In addition to introducing basic information about the building, CO-WELL also recommended us using 360 Virtual Tour technology to help visitors visit the office and the building in the most lively way.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about 5 people. We mainly worked with Mr. Dung, project manager who was our direct and permanent point of contact

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The new website design is more attractive and high-tech with structured information, which draws visitors’ attention, helps them to find the our building's info easily and keep them on our site longer. Besides, it allows our team to manage and update content easily. The site is a step up from what it used to be

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their team regularly complied with deadlines and and always communicated delays well ahead of time. We communicated exclusively with Skype, email and phone. With important desicions, we arranged face-to-face meeting where CO-WELL always brought excellent ideas and useful consultancy to the table

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mr. Dung and his team were knowledgeable about our industry, easy to communicate with, and overall very organized. They not only finished the tasks but also always gave useful advice and recommendations for the best outcome.

Nothing I can think of.

I manage the production control department at Kokuyo Vietnam, a branch of Kokuyo Japan. We offer products such as storage files, notebooks, stickers, and pens. Now, Kokuyo Vietnam not only serves the domestic market but also exports its products to other countries such as Japan and Asia.

We hired CO-WELL ASIA to replace a legacy system that can track and record the work of each product line employee.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a system that could track and record detailed information about each separate worker.

We sent our project goals to a range of vendors and asked them to present a solution and a price. After reviewing the submissions, we decided to hire CO-WELL ASIA.

They developed a system that tracks the exact working time of each employee on a variety of different production lines.

First, CO-WELL ASIA consulted with us to define a logical tracking flow. Then, they designed and deployed the system. They also helped us verify the system flow with workers to ensure that the solution design matched the real conditions.

What was the team composition?

The professional team included one project manager, two developers, and one QA associate.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Calculating the accurate working time of workers in each production line is greatly important to us as it affects the calculation of product prices. The system replaced all human resources needed to track our workers' accurate working time and automatically updates the system that calculates product prices. Thanks to the new system, we reduced our system management workload by 80%, and our revenue has remarkably increased. The automation has also been more effective, as it doesn’t result in missing or inaccurate data.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Everything went smoothly and we are extremely satisfied with their service. They brought an eager attitude to all their tasks. The project manager was experienced and professional. He made sure there was no miscommunication throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team was not only skillful but also dedicated and professional. Each step was completed perfectly. When the scope of work expanded, the team did not hesitate to double their efforts to support us.

We are happy with the result.

I’m a Digital PR Specialist for Bitexco, a multi-industry corporation. We operate in the fields of real estate, hydropower, manufacturing, construction investment, transportation infrastructure development, financial investment, mining, and petroleum.

For what projects/services did your company hire CO-WELL ASIA?

We needed to design and develop a new website for our corporation. It had to be mobile responsive and connected to our other companies’ websites.

What were your goals for this project?

We set out to build a custom design and position ourselves well to rebrand in the near future. To optimize our UX, we wanted the entire site to fit on one screen, so as not to require scrolling.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

First, we prioritized vendors that our friends and colleagues referred us to, which were a mix of domestic and international companies. After sending them briefs, we reviewed their proposals and considered many factors including portfolio, industry experience, procedures, and price. We also evaluated how they worked with us and their general attitude. CO-WELL’s approach fit ours the best, and they were willing to do consulting before we signed the contract.

Technically, the site needed to be strongly coded in WordPress and feature many security tools, in addition to custom integrations. We provided CO-WELL with our requirements including sitemap, content, descriptions, and functionalities. They then created a detailed solution design and some initial coding. After integrating our feedback, they created a final outline, timeline, and task checklist.

Regarding design, they offered three proposals based on our requirements. These drew from websites of similar corporations. Following our choice, they designed our homepage. We made subsequent UX changes and allowed them to design the final version of the frontend, in conjunction with our IT, HR, and PR departments, who work directly on the website. CO-WELL also built our backend, introducing auto notification features for subscribers and an auto SEO check.

We worked with a seven-person team including a project manager, a QA/tester, a designer, and four developers.

We shared documents, materials, and a timeline on Google Drive and communicated on Skype.

We are an IT company, and turn to CO-WELL Asia for outsourcing IT service to save cost. Our customer provides loan services and already have 2 systems for borrower information checking and loan management. However, these 2 ones were built long time ago. so technology and programming language are old and not compatible with the current windows. Therefore, they wanted to migrate their systems into new systems so as to keep up with current technologies and to gain better business value

The new systems is currently operating quite well and smoothly. We are very satisfied with their services.

The project manager was responsive and always provided us frequent updates. We connected over phone, email and offline meeting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We value CO-WELL's team high capacity and professional working style. They quickly responded and supported us every time we needed it. We received ample warning if deadline wasn't going to be met, which only happened once

They created a new domain, transferred data to the new server, and provided SSL services. After completing the new website, they trained the Aeon Mall staff on its management and fixed operational errors.
