Built a contracts management system and an app to read customers' signatures. The client's signature will be used for contract process and creating new contracts. The management system allows employees to look up information, adjust the content of the contract.

CO-WELL deployed "The Kingdom of Animals" Broadcast AR Project for all shopping malls of AEON Mall in Vietnam in 2018. This project is run in the summer campaign of AEON Mall in order

to attract as more as possible people, especially children and families' visit. 

A large screen was put in the center of the shopping mall, appealed a lot of kids and their parents come and interact with the animals in the screen. They were very curious and excited when experienced Broadcast AR Technology for the first time. 

With the aim of bringing new experiences to customers during the summers, the number of visit these shopping malls increased significantly.

They developed a system that tracks the exact working time of each employee on a variety of different production lines.

First, CO-WELL ASIA consulted with us to define a logical tracking flow. Then, they designed and deployed the system. They also helped us verify the system flow with workers to ensure that the solution design matched the real conditions.

The professional team included one project manager, two developers, and one QA associate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Calculating the accurate working time of workers in each production line is greatly important to us as it affects the calculation of product prices. The system replaced all human resources needed to track our workers' accurate working time and automatically updates the system that calculates product prices. Thanks to the new system, we reduced our system management workload by 80%, and our revenue has remarkably increased. The automation has also been more effective, as it doesn’t result in missing or inaccurate data.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Everything went smoothly and we are extremely satisfied with their service. They brought an eager attitude to all their tasks. The project manager was experienced and professional. He made sure there was no miscommunication throughout the project.

We needed to design and develop a new website for our corporation. It had to be mobile responsive and connected to our other companies’ websites.

We set out to build a custom design and position ourselves well to rebrand in the near future. To optimize our UX, we wanted the entire site to fit on one screen, so as not to require scrolling.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

First, we prioritized vendors that our friends and colleagues referred us to, which were a mix of domestic and international companies. After sending them briefs, we reviewed their proposals and considered many factors including portfolio, industry experience, procedures, and price. We also evaluated how they worked with us and their general attitude. CO-WELL’s approach fit ours the best, and they were willing to do consulting before we signed the contract.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Technically, the site needed to be strongly coded in WordPress and feature many security tools, in addition to custom integrations. We provided CO-WELL with our requirements including sitemap, content, descriptions, and functionalities. They then created a detailed solution design and some initial coding. After integrating our feedback, they created a final outline, timeline, and task checklist.

Regarding design, they offered three proposals based on our requirements. These drew from websites of similar corporations. Following our choice, they designed our homepage. We made subsequent UX changes and allowed them to design the final version of the frontend, in conjunction with our IT, HR, and PR departments, who work directly on the website. CO-WELL also built our backend, introducing auto notification features for subscribers and an auto SEO check.

We worked with a seven-person team including a project manager, a QA/tester, a designer, and four developers.
