I believe the development of the app and its beautiful and strange features would shock the world to the extent a lot of users would want to download the app.

We want to develop a new Mobile Application for Smart Zone Cafe, the aim was to give our valuable customers new ordering experience by simplifying the steps. so they can view, order and pay easily through the app. Also we worked on providing other user friendly entertainment futures to all Smart Zone visitors. Also; users will be enjoying all of the features inside and outside the shop.

2- Finalize and review all requirements (Mobile App, Admin Panel, Integrations).

3- Mockups and designs (UI/UX).

4- Review and approve the design.

5- Starting implementation (Alpha Phase).

6- Review and Approve Alpha.

7- Starting the development for iOS, Android, Admin Panel, & Tablet version).

8- Review and start testing (QA test)

9- Update the comments and work on all issues.

10- Payment integration.

1- Final build and final review.

12- Production implementation on the servers.

13- Upload the app versions on Apple Store and Play Store.

Smart Zone App are not activated yet, we are planning to launch it before the the opening.

The project manager was the focal point of contact, we used to meet online only. also all the communications was through teamwork.

The designs were so creative. They are fixable and committed.

Providing status reports, providing QA reports before sending the build for UAT.
