What challenge were you trying to address with Cloudlogic Technologies?

Since we didn’t employ web and mobile app expertise in-house, we needed a company to help us design and develop a website for one of our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cloudlogic Technologies performed a Web 2.0 design for our client’s website. Their team used HTML5, JavaScript, and MySQL. Along with developing the entire CMS, they performed SEO and other social media marketing support.

Aishwarya (HR Manager, Cloudlogic Technologies) was my main point of contact. I worked with four people in total.

I found Cloudlogic Technologies while searching for a local vendor on Google. Previously, I worked with them on another web design for one of my relatives.

We worked with Cloudlogic Technologies between February and December 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cloudlogic Technologies developed the project within three months. Their team delivered the design and web pages before the deadline. It was a tremendous experience working with them. We had several change requests, and they were able to handle them on time. We received positive feedback from our client.

Their professional team delivered everything on time. They joined all weekly status meetings and gave regular updates from a project management perspective. Cloudlogic Technologies stuck to our standard operating procedures.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cloudlogic Technologies?

We hired Cloudlogic Technologies to build a professional website for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cloudlogic Technologies built two of our company websites. With one, they used Bootstrap and HTML, and the other was made with PHP. Their team also developed a web app hosted on the cloud with HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and Angular.js.

In the beginning, they completed the requirement studies and wireframes. After going through those, we requested a prototype. Their team walked us through seven processes before delivering the product to us.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Naveen (Founding Director, Cloudlogic Technologies). He acted as the project manager and architect. There’s a five-member team with experienced in frontend, backend, and UX. Some of my team members work alongside them.

There was an online search. We found that Cloudlogic Technologies does quality work at an affordable price.

We’ve spent between $5,000–$10,000 so far.

Their helpful team does an excellent job. Customers relayed positive feedback about the UI design. The websites are working well, and customers are engaging with them.

How did Cloudlogic Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We managed most of the project management. I’ve told them that they need an effective documentation process. Cloudlogic Technologies delivers what we ask at any time of day. Their team is flexible and responsive. They’re incredibly down to earth.

Cloudlogic Technologies works hard to understand our requirements. Their team is accommodating, striving to get the scope accomplished. Their hardworking team prioritized my project. Whenever something escalates, their team takes care of it fast.

They’re a team of developers, but their project management offering needs to improve. When our team is clear about what we’re looking for, the documentation is done well.

I'm the director and owner of BBSOCEAN, a supply chain business overseeing several supermarkets.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloudlogic Technologies?

The software I had been using was outdated. I wanted an ERP system that integrated with a POS software in order to automate all the entries my franchisees normally do manually.

What were your goals for this project?

I needed an ERP system with lower latency. It needed to integrate with a POS software and automate all entries to improve efficiency and accuracy.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Cloudlogic Technologies was first referred to me by a friend five years prior, and I had partnered with them several times since then. After some initial research and knowing that they'd delivered on their promises in the past, I selected Cloudlogic Technologies for this project.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

After hearing my requirements, they prepared a scope of work, signed a statement of work (SoW), and started designing and developing the application. We then moved onto an iterative phase and began QA testing. After my full approval, the application launched to my franchisees and went into production.

We had a dedicated project manager, who was my main point of contact throughout the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My various sales teams used to spend a lot of time on manual data entry, resulting in some inaccuracy and sales history discrepancies. The software Cloudlogic Technologies created remedied this, making the data entry completely accurate and more efficient. Without their development expertise, the product never could have come to fruition.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

A dedicated project manager was the liaison between us and their development team. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a genuine interest in delivering the best results and solutions. The entire team conducted business professionally and communicated rapidly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, they're good at staying on top of the trending and most-wanted programming technologies.
