First of all, they asked for a list of our previos vendors and clients. Given that to them they analyzed our main targets and it that way they could infoer to whom they could start offering our services to. Afterwards, they showed us our potential list of customers so we got them approved. Later on we started receiving tons of calls for our branding project.

Because of the results our investment has been giving amazing results, our campaign grew twice its size in the last 6 months and our income has been growing ever since.

The quality of the team is so bad as they are unwilling to learn about our product and give us a good recommendation of the agency.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

On the positive side, the company has good intentions, and what appears at first glance a solid formula. The execution, however, resulted in one mistake after another which taken together, threatened to harm our brand.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Totally ineffective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Throughout this experience I’ve made my concerns known, and I’ve never been challenged on my expectations of one demo per week of our product. I noticed now a number of 0-star reviews on this company that I did not notice when doing my initial due diligence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The first problem was with the simple sourcing of contacts. I made clear about the target audience but for the first 4 weeks of lists coming across for review there were so few qualified clients. Other execution efforts were problematic: they made a meeting schedule but failed to make it happen. They continued having the same errors and making up multiple reasons for not completing their tasks.

Then there is the quality of the team. They do not do any research about our products. Taht was supposed to be part of the scope but they just nixed it without even giving us a good reason. I’ve come to distrust much of what this company tells me because even the data coming across from their activities makes no sense to me. We bought the 3-month contract and even after 1.5 months they can not kick off the campaign.
