We provide a crash avoidance system using dual cameras and on board AI. The system is available for all types of vehicles, fleets and brings value to vehicle users, owners and insurances. I lead Business Development activities.

We hired Cience to generate leads within several fleet market segments through email and calls.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to generate quickly good quality leads in order to close critical first customers and generate revenue.

This vendor was recommended by an investor.

Once we kicked off the project we had introductory calls during which we presented our product, objectives, target markets, customer profiles and key sales proposition. Cience steered the discussion to extract the key information they needed to generate email campaigns, sales scripts as well as the content for a specific landing page. Cience then generated the content within a week for us to review with 2 loops of fine tuning. In parallel Cience also started generating list of targeted prospects and shared for review. Within 10 days everything was ready for Cience to send out the first emails.

What was the team composition?

We were a assigned a project manager, a content writer, a Sales Development Representative that did all outbound email correspondance, a call representative and a lead searcher. All members were highly qualified and experts in their field.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Cience was able to generate leads with meeting and demo scheduled within 1 week. They iterated on the messaging to get the best open rates and positive answers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Weekly status calls allowed us to follow progress with clear statistics views of the number of emails, open rate, bounces, positive and negative answers. We also had multiple campaigns targeting different market segments.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knowledge of the team members, efficiency, organization were top notch. Each team member had a high expertise in their respective domain. Communication was excellent with clear schedules, objectives.
