We manufacture portable buildings, garages, carports, and metal buildings. We're a family business, and I'm a member of the family.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cibirix? 

We needed help to increase our market share of online business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Cibirix is building two new websites. They’re building the sites from scratch using WordPress. We left most of the decisions to them. We told them where we want the business to go, and rely on their help on how to get there. We also showed them other websites that we like in order to give them a sense of our preferred look and feel. 

The key feature we're looking for is lead generation. Cibirix is providing advice and insight into different avenues of advertising and lead collection. They’ll be doing SEO and other digital marketing services once both sites are fully complete. 

What is the team composition? 

We work with Ashish (CTO, Cibirix) and two other members of their team. 

How did you come to work with Cibirix? 

I found them online. I was admiring other websites and Cibirix was listed as the producer. We talked to Ashish for probably a year and a half before we decide to move forward. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

Work began in November 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The second website is still in development, but the first website is up and running. It’s probably 90% complete and they’re just working out the final details. The last thing they need to do is finish the configuration module for how our invoices are processed. 

The new website is already generating organic traffic that we weren't getting before. Their full lead generation services haven’t begun yet, so we anticipate an additional increase from the optimization of the website and use of keywords. 

How did Cibirix perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their team has been good. It's a challenging site. There's a lot of information and a lot of moving parts. Cibirix is willing to adjust as we go.  

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Cibirix is flexible about creating workable scenarios. They've done well in incorporating the wide spectrum of products that we offer. They had an existing configurator but are able to accommodate our numerous changes to the design of buildings and pricing. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I wish this was done six months ago. The finish line has been a moving target. I'd be happier if it had been completed earlier, but the timeline is still within reason at this point. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Sit down and work out all the details that you want up front. Some people can probably anticipate changes without having to see the completed site. For me, we saw changes that needed to be made as the site progressed. Cibirix is good about making those changes.

For the SEO portion of their work, they optimize our site. They’ve helped us identify relevant keywords.

Cibirix also makes changes to our existing site, including creating new pages, adding content, and developing other features. They’ve built a 3D estimation tool, color visualizer, CRM system, etc.

We’ve been working together since June 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a definite increase in leads and overall conversions. Their SEO support has contributed to our improved rankings and website traffic.

How did Cibirix perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team has been great at managing the project. Everything is well communicated through phone and email. Whenever we need something, we give them our idea, and they take it from there.

They are highly informed about our industry, which makes them stand out from other vendors.

At the moment, there’s nothing to improve.

I’m a manager at Central Steel Carports. We sell and install carports to customers across the nation. I oversee our sales efforts.

Thanks to the help from the SEO, Google and Bing ads, and the new website, our leads are the highest they’ve ever been.

We have weekly meetings to discuss our goals, values, and make changes to our approach. Their team is always willing to help and we enjoy their process.

I’m the account manager for Carport Central. We sell manufactured metal buildings, carports, garages, and RV/boat covers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cibirix?

We wanted to generate more online sales. We wanted a professional-looking website that would make people want to call us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cibirix designed and built our new website. We had an old site with barely anything on it. They created the new site from the ground up. We gave them some ideas of what we hoped to see but didn't know how to make happen. They not only build what we want, but they explain it to us so we can understand. They continue to work with us, helping with all aspects of our site. They got us up on all the search engines. They also help us generate traffic by focusing on the people we want to reach.

What is the team composition?

Our initial contact was with Ashish (CTO, Cibirix). We engage with three people on a day-to-day basis. There’s a number of additional people who work on the backend.

How did you come to work with Cibirix?

Our president met Ashish at a marketing event. They hit it off and started talking. From there, we asked them to build our website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together about two years ago and it's an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our sales have doubled or even tripled since we started working with Cibirix. They got our site up and running, and it is absolutely amazing. It's hard to put in words everything they've done for us. We’ve been able to do so much because of their willingness to help us. I don’t see us stopping service with them any time soon.

How did Cibirix perform from a project management standpoint?

Their entire team is so responsive. We can call any time and speak with somebody. They're very team-oriented, so everyone there knows what's going on with our site. If we email them with a question, they answer within the same day. If we don't understand what they’re talking about, all we have to do is ask and they explain it to us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their timeliness is exceptional. It doesn't take them months to get started on a project. They start working as soon as we finish talking to them. They’re also great about giving us frequent updates. They keep us informed so we always know what's going on. That's very important to us as a company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't think so. I don't think we could say anything bad about them. What they've been able to do for us as a company is something that we never expected to be possible.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have patience. Give them a chance to explain the possibilities of what they can do for you. Money is obviously a big factor when you start an advertising or marketing engagement, but their results are worth far more than you will pay.

I’m the co-owner of Pacific Metal Buildings.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cibirix?

We wanted to give our customers an easier way to create personalized building models, so we looked for a web developer who could integrate construction modeling software on our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They walked us through all of their web design and digital marketing services, but our priority was refreshing our website. We provided them with our specifications, and they developed the platform accordingly. One of the most prominent features on the site is the building estimator, a tool that shows users the accumulating cost of material as they construct a virtual building. Since launching the website, they provide ongoing support and occasional digital marketing services.

Cibirix’s founder and CTO serve as our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Cibirix?

We spent a year struggling to find a web developer to help us with our project before we discovered Cibirix through an online search. In addition to being the only company that has experience in our industry, they were the only developers who were willing to take on our project.

So far, we have spent close to $10,000 for their services.

We started working with them in May 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Cibirix refreshed our website, both our traffic and business inquiries have increased. We’re thrilled with the improved functionality, and our customers are enamored by the innovative features. 

How did Cibirix perform from a project management standpoint?

Since the beginning of our partnership, their team has been extremely responsive to our needs. The few bugs that arise are resolved immediately, and Cibirix always follows up with us to ensure that the problem isn’t reoccurring. Most of our correspondence is done via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is phenomenal. We simply tell them our requirements and they deliver everything that we asked for and more.

Are there any areas they could improve?

To date, we haven’t experienced any issues working with Cibirix.

Cibirix has years of experience in web design and growing digital audiences, so listening to their suggestions is imperative for success. They have introduced our team to several effective design solutions that we would never have considered.
