Chakor has delivered a functional MVP. We haven’t launched yet, but I’ve provided feedback, and all identified issues have been minor and rectified within a day or two.

Chakor’s communication is amazing. Their updates are prompt, and they understand all instructions. The team has delivered exactly what we’ve asked for within a very short timeframe. In fact, they’ve delivered ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Chakor’s communication and how easy it is to collaborate with them are impressive. I’ve previously struggled to communicate my vision with freelancers, and my instructions have been misunderstood or ignored. However, Chakor seems to speak the same language. They instinctively understand what an MVP requires and what I’m looking for, and they execute extremely quickly and accurately. I’m so impressed that I wish I had considered them sooner.

Chakor has delivered a fully functional live marketplace, with core features successfully launched, clear user journeys established for both hosts and solopreneurs, and a scalable backend in place, enabling Leaze Me to progress from concept to an operational platform ready for user onboarding, testing, and growth.At this stage, the project's impact has been demonstrated primarily through platform readiness and early adoption rather than large-scale quantitative metrics, as Leaze Me is moving from build to launch. Measurable indicators include the successful onboarding of initial users, the creation of live space listings, consistent platform performance and stability during testing, and the ability to support core actions such as searching, messaging, and bookings. So far, we've onboarded five users.

Milestones such as working authentication, stable navigation, connected database components, and tested feature modules help demonstrate steady progress and contribute to advancing the overall development timeline.Moreover, we've noticed improvements in overall app stability and reliability as a result of Chakor's work. Key user flows have become more consistent, features that were previously incomplete or unstable now function as intended, and the app operates more smoothly during testing. These enhancements help strengthen the foundation for future development and improve confidence in the product's performance.We track several practical indicators to measure progress, including the time required to complete assigned milestones, the number of bugs identified and resolved during testing cycles, and the stability of completed features during user acceptance testing. These checkpoints help confirm when components are functioning as expected and provide clear visibility into development moments.

I had a very disappointing experience with this team. After three months of collaboration, along with the initial payment, it feels like a complete waste of time. They seem to hire fresh graduates in Pakistan with limited experience, likely at a lower hourly rate, and then charge clients significantly higher rates, such as $40 per hour. The junior developer assigned to my project often provided generic updates, which gave the impression of progress, but in reality, it was a lot of wasted time and energy. Overall, I feel that the project was mishandled, and my investment didn’t yield any the results.

As for the technology stack, they've used Bubble to build this website. Currently, we're in discussions about a second stage for this website development project.

Although we're not at the point of launching our website yet, we'll be in the next couple of weeks. Chakor has done everything I've asked for, but the impact of their work will have to wait until we officially publish the site and see what happens.

How did Chakor perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has been delivered within a timeframe I've been happy with, and there have been no budgetary changes from the initial scope Chakor provided.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Mohid (Web Application Developer) has been the lead developer. He's very useful and responsive. Whenever there's a problem, we just jump on a call and quickly sort it out and clarify any confusion. Still, everyone from Chakor has been very responsive as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Chakor is very responsive and offers good value for the money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing Chakor could improve on. Whenever I don't like something, I mention it to them, and they quickly try to change it until I'm happy with the result.

Be sure about everything you want. Chakor is very responsive and will try to fulfill your vision. If you're trying to do a web development project with good results and good value for the money, Chakor is a good choice.

I received more than I was expecting from Chakor's work. The team revised the work and adjusted it according to my requests, being very patient. I was very pleased with the app. Chakor was accommodating in developing features that weren't included in the original statement of work (SoW).

Chakor's deliverables went beyond time, although this wasn't their fault because I added features to the original SoW. The team was very professional and performed very well. Our communication was excellent and without hurdles despite being located in different countries, which could be challenging. We communicated with Chakor via phone calls and Google Meet.

Hamza (Co-Founder) was very accommodating and had a great work ethic. I appreciated his understanding.
