We hired Captivation Agency to replace our outdated website to allow for online sales and more exposure of our mission. They designed and developed a WordPress website for us. With this new website we are able to keep all our information up to date and generate sales for events and merchandise.

Captivation designed a WordPress website for us, so we could let the community know what our local charity does. Captivation also added online sales and event capabilities to our website keeping our customers in the loop. They made it super easy for me to post our items on line but are always quick to help when I can not do something myself.

Our initial point of contact was Jim the CEO and Founder, now with any updates or additions to the website we mostly work with Barry the lead developer. Although, if we are having any difficulties and they are not available, someone else is always quick to help us out.

We have received several compliments on the design of our website and how easy it is to navigate. The events page has helped us expand our ticket sales and the online sales have helped us expand and further our mission to people outside of our community.

We have worked with Captivation for years. They do multiple projects for us each year. From appeals, to web design and even writing, filming and editing videos for events or marketing, they do evertying. We trust them implicitly and are always impressed with the final result.

We provided Captivation with text for an appeal letter that matched a specific message and tone we were going for. We spoke with Captivation about their ideas and then they set to work in designing and creating an appeal letter, envelope, insert and remit envelope that matched the tone and focus we were going for.

I've worked with many members of the team and each brings something wonderful to the table. For this we mostly worked with Lindsay and Diana.

We were thrilled with the finished project. It not only captured the look and feel we were hoping for, but elevated it beyond our initial thoughts. We saw a significant return from this mailing and heard back from longtime supporters and partners that this was an excellent piece.

• Maintain page one on Google for our most relevant keywords (SERP) 
• lower Google conversion costs while concurrently determining the best way to double our Google budget

I’ve had a consistent business relationship with CA since 2013. They continue to earn our business each year through a palpable willingness to serve, their drive, passion, integrity, and ability to execute.

The SEO project aimed to improve our position on Google (SERP). PPC project aimed to lower conversion costs while A/B testing to scale our budget by 100%. SEO and PPC are naturally aligned. CA laid out a plan to create content for our internal blog while building complimentary campaigns in Google Ads. Deliverables included SEO research and recommended-content-pieces, monthly meetings to review Ads data, and multiple paid campaigns.

Our PPC success can be described very simply: Jim and team lowered our conversions to under five dollars per. Huge win. SEO - while we compete again DICKs, Target, Wal Mart and other massive companies, we continually remain on page on Google for relevant key words.

The measurable results of PPC and SEO work are fairly binary. You either rank or you don’t. You lowered costs and continued to convert or you didn’t. Both boxes checked. However, arriving to those easily measured results requires methodology that iterates on itself over time. Let’s start here. Then Assess, Review, Tweak. Retest. CA does this very well.

There’s always room for improvement. It’s difficult for content writers to grab the voice of the brand. We work around nuanced content writing challenges by ensuring the best -fit person from CA or my company is primary on content writing.
