Calder was able jumped into an existing development team to fill some resource gaps during a critical time in the development process. They quickly caught up on the current state of the project and where able to help propel the project across finish line for a successful launch.

Calder helped us meet our project launch requirements, as well as post launch support in the weeks following launch, resulting in a satisfied customer.

We did not use their project management team, but had direct lines of communication with the development team and Calder leadership throughout our engagement with them. Everyone worked together in a collaborative manner, enabling us to meet the project needs within the necessary timelines.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The redisgn work completely transformed the UI/UX of our software in a very positive way. Our business has increased now that customers can better understand the process as a result of the impoved UI. Our employees are faster thanks to a better UX.

Calder was very good in adapting their process to our needs. Since we are a small company, cannot devote a lot of time to administration, therefore, we set clear goals together and they dilvered as promiesd without administration waste.

Communication was great. They were very flexible in adapting to our needs, never had the attitude of "this is the way we do things". They have experience relevant to our business.

We needed secure software for on-line results reporting system, as well as a testing system for ballots

Past history with Justin at Menklab. His knowledge, and background.

Many Steps for this project over the last 3 1/2 years. It has been an on-going development as our customers and our needs change.

There are up to 4 people working on the development side of Menklabs, along with our team of 3

The results are very good, Menklabs has accomplished many of the results we needed.

Communication is very key. Justin and his team have been there when needed via. email, zoom, etc.

Their willingness to find the best way and tools to develop our software is amazing.

While there is always area for improvement it has been great.
