The scope of work was incredible - with over 20 million of offers and distinct offer pages PX Media,LLC had been able to identify the major problems that hurted our SEO results and came up with a complete prevention plan.  They oversaw the implementation phase providing us with timely comments and corrections and dynamically modified their services following the change in circumstances.

At the time of writing, nine months into the project, the index's size had dropped to a pathetic 90K before rising again to 550+K.  We were able to greatly improve our crawl budget thanks to PX Media, LLC, which accelerated the growth of our index.  Our rankings on several keywords increased significantly, with some of them ranking in the top ten.

We use PX Media, LLC's SEO services.  We have begun the process by interviewing their VP and other team members, explaining our objectives to them so they can determine whether they would be a suitable fit for us.  Additionally, they have a dedicated team success lead who works closely with us.

In terms of the procedure, we are collaborating on keyword research; they have requested my top 10 keywords, which they have examined and suggested several I was unaware of.  Additionally, they offer blog articles, category page content creation, and website optimisation to speed it up.

We are now ranking on the first page of results due to an increase in traffic and keyword positioning.  Although we are aware that SEO is a long-term endeavour, we are generally happy with PX Media,LLC's output.

Project management is excellent; they always remain under the budget because it is set, and they communicate well.  In terms of communication and resources, we have weekly emails from our account manager to keep us informed on the progress, biweekly Zoom meetings, and frequent phone conversations to review the project.  We review any work we choose to release using Google Docs as well.  In addition, we have a lot of input on PX Media,LLC's 90-day work plan.

What was the scope of their involvement?
To start, I provided pictures that we could use on the website. PX Media helped curate and retouch them to make sure that the entirety of the site appeared professional. They also worked with me on the wording of the descriptions that would accompany the published images. PX Media created the policies and conditions and provides ongoing web hosting as well. Apart from that, they created my logo, banners, and stickers, which I could use on the website and during events.

Doug (CEO & Director of Design) had a team behind him, but I only interfaced with him during development.

We started working together around January–February 2021. The project was finished last June 2021, but I still go to Doug for any of my graphic design needs.

I’ve received a lot of compliments about the website. Doug was very helpful in helping me expand the content in it by suggesting that we create a gallery and feature some of the makeup artists I’ve worked with. Those were definitely great advice, especially since I didn’t have a lot to put on the website initially.

Doug was very professional and super nice to me. He understood what I was trying to accomplish and really collaborated with me to make it happen. He was never impatient with me, and he did everything to push and encourage me to get this website up and running.

Throughout the project, I felt secured that I was getting good advice from somebody who genuinely wanted to help me and not from someone who was just out for my money. Doug was always trying to guide me and broke everything down in detail, which I really appreciated.

Be honest and let them know everything that you want upfront. Provide as much detail, content, and context as possible with what you want to create because that’s really helpful to any developer or graphic designer.

They managed to overcome some of the stumbling blocks inherent to WordPress development and the functionality of its forms. Douglas had a lot of patience and got it done.

They have an excellent eye for design and a solid technical sense. They understand what will look good for both desktop and mobile. Creating formats, forms, and designs for both mobile and desktop can be difficult, but he produced a gorgeous site.

Use a data or media room to upload all creative materials better. That would prevent so many emails and attachments from going back and forth.

The team is very upfront with us. As a woman-owned business, we haven’t always been treated ethically by comparable vendors. PX Media’s honesty and helpful support is a breath of fresh air. There have been some minor grammatical errors in the content they’ve created. While this wouldn’t make me consider changing our relationship, at times it has been easier to write copy in-house.
