What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure the success based on the effectiveness of their patient recruitment efforts and the number of leads they generate. As the website and SEO got more developed, we started seeing an increase in our daily engagements, despite how hard it is to acquire our target audience.

How did BusySeed perform from a project management standpoint?

The beginning of the partnership was tough because the initial client success manager wasn’t as responsive, but they were able to remedy the issue when we escalated it.

So far, they’ve been really receptive to our concerns, and they always adhere to the timeframes to make sure there’s extra time to revise the deliverables.

We typically communicate through Google Meet, email, and phone calls.

I am a manager for Hix Bros Music, a locally owned music school/ music retailer. Hix Bros Music has been on business for over 70 years! I was part of a team who needed to find a company to help with our social media platforms.

Being a local vendor was very important for us, since they knew the local market. Their strong customer service skills and overall knowledge impressed us. They respond the same day anytime we reach out to them.

They create our daily social media posts which may include promoting upcoming MBA information sessions, events, highlights of our programs/faculty/students, and other details that will encourage a candidate to learn more about the URI MBA programs. They have created social media advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook to increase participation in MBA Information Sessions.

I work directly with the founder/president as well as the client success manager. They will take suggestions on possible posts and work with their team to create visuals and post it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been very happy with the outcome of the daily posts, both in the shares/likes and also the registrations for our MBA Information Sessions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been great- any time I have a request for a post they will reply the same day. I have the ability to review posts before they are uploaded, and ask to change if necessary.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to listen to what our goals were for the social media posts and create a visually appealing social media post/ad based on this was impressive.

Social Media posts - BusySeed comes up with the content for posts, creates the posts, and sets a schedule for these daily posts. We will also send them events and articles about our program we would like them to post, and then they create copy and post them.

BusySeed is also responsible for creating digital ads for our MBA programs, and coming up with a strategy to promote our programs in different sites like LinkedIn and Facebook.

We work with two people who are our team leads. They then will have internal colleagues who will also create posts/copy.

We have been able to follow a consistent brand image since working with BusySeed. Not having the time or experience to create posts for social media advertising, we have been able to increase our outreach and recruiting efforts to include previously untapped candidates. This has lead to an increase in the amount of people who reach out to us to learn more about our MBA programs.

It has been a seamless exchange. We can see what posts will be coming and can ask to make any adjustments; we email them information to create posts and they create them!

We loved our new website and received a lot of compliments from clients. Our practice quickly grew and BusySeed helped us develop several successful campaigns that kept us busy and growing for a few years now.

BusySeed has a system where they assigned us a Client Success Manager, they called them CSMs. We had weekly calls with our CSM to follow up on the progress of all of our campaigns and they also scheduled one larger meeting/call per month to go over the results of our SEO progress and the campaigns and initiatives per platform. The workflow has been great.

BusySeed is very authentic, friendly, professional and responsive. The results were clear and impressive from the beginning. They have been our marketing partners for a few years now and we strongly recommend them.
