Based on that, they created the structure of the website so that a visitor can quickly understand Shrahav and move toward placing a booking request.
They built the main pages and organized the content so it doesn’t feel cluttered. We wanted the site to be easy to scan, especially on mobile and they kept the layout clean. They also helped ensure the flow makes sense for someone who is not tech-savvy, like a family member trying to arrange a home visit.
They implemented the booking/request functionality so users can submit basic requests for medical needs. They worked with us to decide what fields to collect and how to keep it simple without losing important details. They also supported small iterations as we reviewed the wording, updated service descriptions and adjusted the booking steps based on how real users might behave.
Once the site was live, they continued to support us with fixes. We had a few changes after seeing the final version in action and they handled those without making it complicated.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest improvement was that we started receiving booking/enquiry requests directly through the website. Earlier, enquiries were mostly coming through calls or messages and that depends heavily on someone being available at that moment. Now, requests can come in even when the team is busy, which helps avoid missing leads.
We also noticed that the information we receive is more organized. Instead of starting from zero in a phone call, we already have the main details, so follow-ups are quicker and more focused. It reduced repeated questions and saved time on both sides.
Another outcome is that the website itself acts as a proper reference point. People can share the link with family members and understand our services without long explanations.
That has helped in conversations where the decision-maker is not the same person who first contacted us.
From day-to-day operations, it’s clear that the website is doing real work for us rather than being just a brochure.

They understood the nature of a healthcare service website. Users need clarity and trust and the website has to feel easy from the first click and they managed to develop it well.
They also paid attention to practical user experience details. Things like how fast a user can find the booking section, whether the content reads clearly on mobile and whether the request form feels straightforward instead of overwhelming. Those small details make a big difference for real users.
Another thing we appreciated was their willingness for changes. We changed a few things while the project was ongoing because we wanted the flow to match how our customers actually think. They were patient with that and worked with us to get it right.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Budventure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?
Overall, we are satisfied with the outcome and the working experience. If we had to suggest improvements, we would have liked an extra round of testing focused on real-life cases like slow internet, older phones and users who fill forms in unexpected ways. We caught most of this quickly after launch and they fixed it, but a little more testing earlier would have made the final week even smoother.
