We hired Budventure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. with the purpose of developing an E-com website for our petcare brand PET360. The primary goal was to ensure that we had an attractive website to help educate pet parents & improve the online sales of our brands.

We got a referral from a mutual friend. We had an initial conversation where we had an opportunity to understand how their team operated and also got to know on other projects they worked on. They seemed to cover all the bases and were very thorough in their preliminary inputs.

Once our goals were clearly chalked out, the team helped create a basic framework for the website along with some design inputs. After a few iterations, we were able to finalize our final layout along with features needed to boost the website shopping experience. The entire project was completed as per schedule.

We had a POC at Budventure who took care of the entire project. The team comprised of the POC and a couple of other programmers who helped with the daily work flow. We also had the freedom to reach out to the Budventure core team in case we needed their expertise.

Clients love the feel of our website and we have been able to generate sales & leads in a very short span of time post launch.

Timelines were fixed in advance and in case of any delay, communications were made in advance so that we wouldn't face any issues. WhatsApp & Email were the primary means of communication along with a conference call once every 2 weeks or so.

The team was professional and everything that was put on paper was delivered. They even went out of the way to add some features which we wanted but was not part of the initial discussion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Design iterations for the website were minimal; could be a great help if more options were provided so that the look and feel of the website can be enhanced.

They fairly new young graduates out from their academy with full of excitement. The team consists of project manager, web designer, web developers (different for both Android and iOS), QA , delivery manager and so forth

The team is fairly new in the market. However, I can comfortably say they're capable and committed to what they word. Why? Here's the catch. I was closely observing since the first meet (scheduling very early morning catch up). Being very strict with deadline and allowing less time since there was Diwali vacation in between. However, the project was developed and delivered in a stellar fashion.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
It's 10:34 pm here in India while I am typing this. The remains of the night won't suffice to answer this question. However, one word for their project management style is "Excellent".

To keep it short and simple, they understand what client needs and are ready to amend for end numbers, if required, upon request. I am writing this because they know customer brings customers.
