Tradalaxy is the international B2B marketplace for small and medium businesses that enables them to trade internationally by utilizing opportunities stemming from free trade agreements (FTA). My role is Head of Operations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brights?

The challenge was to complete the work as soon as possible and start sales. We passed code written by another team to Brights, so they reviewed the work carefully and did a feasibility study, took over the development, provided solid tech architecture, and conducted QA/QC procedures to ensure the end result meets all acceptance criteria and quality standards.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to deliver MVP functionality of the platform that would work flawlessly from the technical standpoint. Moreover, so we would have great UX. We have supplied Brights with all required SDGs. When we could not give the input data, they have provided their suggestions that were quite useful.

Brights have been resourceful in speeding up the launch of the platform where possible so that we can start sales. Brights co-owned the product, suggesting numerous ways of delivering design and technical challenges in a meaningful fashion without compromising value for the end user. They also lowered the cost and facilitated the delivery time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed professionally. We could reach the project manager at any time and I was sure he will be able to answer my questions. The team has also shown a great work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company was really involved in the process. They worked in a fully dedicated fashion and cared for the results.

Minor things like estimations and delivery assumptions.
