We’re now having meetings every week. On the record week, they generated 17 interesting conversations, and the recent average is around 5 to 10 per week.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was extremely helpful and result driven, and they could find a time in late hours so we could work regardless of the time zone differences, as we're in California (Pacific time zone) - This was a great bonus as most of our target prospects are from the San Francisco Bay Area.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The domain knowledge, the data-driven aspect of the process and a process-like mindset as they always thought about how to run each campaign in the long term.

I would interfere less in their processes, and let them do their magic, as the suggestions that we proposed often did not benefit the campaign and reduced the amount of “interested” replies.

The proof is in the pudding, you either get appointments or you don't. Brightest Minds was very effective in driving consistent appointments for us week over week. We were very pleased!
