Managing Partner, IMD Solicitors LLP
- Industry: Legal
- Client size: 11-50 Employees
- Review Type: Online Review
- Verified

**The Review** — Apr 9, 2026

**Feedback Summary**: Brave New delivered a scalable website that reduced content update time by over 80% and improved Google PageSpeed scores. The team had great communication and on-time delivery and was creative in presenting solutions, which helped the client build stronger authority in international search results.
""They had excellent initiative and creativity in presenting ready solutions for acceptance.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the Managing Partner of IMD Solicitors LLP, a UK-based law firm. We provide tailored legal services and strategic support to individuals and businesses facing complex, cross-border, or high-stakes legal issues, combining legal expertise with cultural understanding and boutique agility.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Brave New?We needed to build a scalable website for our law firm with a global reach. We launched the project knowing that a significant portion of our clients found us via Google search. Our firm already held strong positions in multiple languages, so our goal was to optimize the content architecture to provide us with even better tools for building online visibility.Additionally, our sites were content-rich, which supported our law firm SEO for many keywords, but the technical structure was often flawed. The new project aimed to improve the information architecture, making it easier for users to find legal assistance. Moreover, we wanted to continue operating under two brands: corporate and individual. Our task was to create two consistent, modern versions of the site that shared a professional feel while differing in color schemes and themes, showcasing high-end web design for lawyers.Lastly, both services operated in six languages. Previously, each language required a separate WordPress installation. Managing content meant logging into 12 different backends, which was inefficient. The ideal solution was a multilingual WordPress website managed centrally.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Brave New handled all aspects of the project, including UX strategy, information architecture, web design, UI component system, WordPress multisite development, WPML multilingual implementation, and law firm SEO optimization. We consolidated our websites using WordPress multisite. As a result, our entire digital ecosystem was managed from a single administrative dashboard. This convenient solution saved time on content updates and multi-market management.Understanding how vital law firm SEO was for us, Brave New prepared extensive SEO reports and link audits before starting development. This ensured we maintained our high search engine rankings and remained visible in LLM environments (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Moreover, they implemented a mechanism often found on banking sites: a prominent toggle in the header to switch between service types (individual/corporate). This allowed users to immediately identify the services relevant to them, significantly improving conversion rates. With a large team of solicitors specializing in various legal fields, we designed a navigation system where users could find the required service in just 2–3 clicks. This logical layout made the pages more transparent and user-friendly.Contact options were visible at every stage. We introduced clear CTAs, simplified forms, and a transparent team presentation, directly supporting lead generation. We also implemented a smooth language-switching mechanism that maintained the user's current context — users stayed on the same substantive subpage after switching languages, a crucial feature for a multilingual WordPress website. Both sites maintained a consistent IMD brand identity while being tailored to their specific audiences through different communication tones, imagery, and section layouts. What is the team composition?Maciej and Andrew were our key contacts, and they were excellent, although I'm sure there were many teammates in the background assigned to our project that delivered excellent result. How did you come to work with Brave New?We found them through a referral. One of our employees from the marketing team had experience working with them on a previous project in another firm. We chose them over other options because of their high ratings and our employee previous experience on other projects. How much have you invested with them?We spent around $25,000.What is the status of this engagement? We worked with them from September 2025 to February 2026.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? The launch of the new IMD platform was a complete operational and branding success. By using a WordPress multisite architecture, we gained a central management system that reduced content update time by over 80%.From a business perspective, the new IMD law firm website achieved faster page load times and improved Google PageSpeed scores. The technical optimization eliminated previous errors, resulting in lightning-fast performance across mobile and desktop. Moreover, the improved UX and core web vitals led to increased user engagement, a lower bounce rate, and easier access to contact forms.Despite the scale of migrating 12 language versions, precise redirects and structural optimization allowed us to keep our rankings and build stronger authority in international search results. Both brands now presented a modern, professional image, increasing trust among both corporate and individual clients. The result of our work was a high-performance, scalable tool that simplified daily operations for our team and provided a solid foundation for further international growth. How did Brave New perform from a project management standpoint? They had great communication and on-time delivery. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings and emails. What did you find most impressive about them? They had excellent initiative and creativity in presenting ready solutions for acceptance. They thought creatively, which was in contrast to our previous experience where the agency was heavily focused on execution, and we were responsible for too much. Overall, they identified the issues based on the general brief and presented us with ready solutions. Are there any areas they could improve? No, there weren’t any.

Please include a summary of key deliverables. The NAIC Member Data Management project streamlined the organization’s membership process by automating data collection, management, and access. Previously, new member applications and updates required significant administrative effort within WordPress. To address this, the project implemented an automated system where prospective members submitted an inquiry form, received an intake form upon approval, and gained access to a member portal after payment. The system integrated with SharpSpring CRM, ensuring that firm and fund data was accurately stored and synchronized while maintaining a structured database within WordPress. The project also improved ongoing data management for NAIC members and administrators. Members were provided with an online portal where they could update firm and fund details quarterly, ensuring that the NAIC database remained accurate and up to date. These updates were automatically reflected in the public member directory, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Additionally, the project introduced an automated process for generating MINT report PDFs, compiling fund data into structured documents for reporting purposes. By incorporating pre-filled forms, conditional logic, and automated workflows, the system significantly reduced errors and administrative workload. In addition to automation, the project enhanced the accessibility and usability of member data. A structured database was established within WordPress to ensure seamless integration between the membership portal and the CRM system. Same website for people with disabilities and two language versions. All website content is available in two language versions. It also includes easy options to change text size, contrast, and an audio assistant for people with disabilities.
We can appreciate the design elements such as the combination of colours and contrast, combined with photos in red tones that reflect the event’s atmosphere.
Upcoming events. One of the most interesting features is the schedule. In addition, the different departments – location, artists, and events – have been logically linked to each other so that the user can quickly find the information they need and choose between buying a ticket for the event or watching it online. As a result, guests navigate the site intuitively, moving from one section to another easily.
The administrator can assign festival guests to two categories: artists or residents and assign them to any number of locations and events.
The site is very well optimised and fast because it was made in accordance with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 as well as prepared on the basis of WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields that includes a search engine based on keywords.

The person responsible for the communication was assigned to the Project Manager, who answered our questions. The Project Manager also controlled the time spent on the project, so we launched the website on schedule. Additionally, UX/UI Designer and two developers were involved in the project what was was very valuable.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Our organization works in compliance, specifically in the fight against money laundering, fraud and terrorist financing. With this, we support organizations that have been designated by the regulator as gatekeepers, for example lawyers, notaries, banks, brokers and insurance companies. My role is founder and owner.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Brave New, and what were your goals?

A few things are needed to help the gatekeepers. Besides knowledge and support through real people, an online platform is indispensable, a place where research on a new client can be conducted, stored and reviewed. The platform must be made up of several components with the questionnaire at the center, a survey tool that is dynamic in terms of questions and rank order. The tool must also be dynamic towards the future, laws and regulations are changing rapidly so more and more is expected of the tool. Sometimes in questions, sometimes in new features.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through my network, I ended up at BraveNew. In addition to this club from Poland, we had a Spanish and Dutch organization in the race. Deciding factors were (1) understanding and translating needs and thoughts well, (2) personal click, (3) proven services in history and (4) price. These components must be balanced; if one is missing, it's a no go.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Successively we worked on product specifications, technical specifications and development. In the first two phases we had intensive contact, then in the first period of development my role as a client was minimal. As soon as things become visible, I'm back in the picture, for example when working out UI and UX. Backend: PHP 8, Laravel, AWS (DBs, Lambdas, Load balancing) Frontend: React.js with TypeScript and Rx DevOps: Jenkins, Ansible, Docker Monitoring: Prometheus + Grafana + Uptime Kuma

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team consists of:

Michał Architect Laravel, Node.js, Android, Java, Kotlin, C# AWS
	Konrad front-end + mobile TypeScript, React.js, Swift
	Piotr back-end PHP, Laravel, PHP
	Jakub front-end
	Michal UX/UI designer and CEO
	Andrzej Product manager and CEO

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The whole product is delivered in the agreed time. Agreed time for me is based on the indication given and interim timely communication when things run out. This went perfectly, it allowed us to go to the pilot customers to pick up feedback. Then we continued to develop based on this information, we are now in that phase.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicate via Slack, parallel also via WhatsApp and email but there it is not about the project. Issues and wishes come via ClickUp. UX/UI is worked out in Adobe and Miro. Responding is fast and informative. I live in the Netherlands, flew to Poland at the beginning of the project for a meeting and this was very valuable for the basis of the atmosphere and way of communication: as if they were friends and colleagues. Unique for an external party!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The approachable way of communicating, never making me feel "unintelligent" when I don't understand something technical and the flexibility during the project when I came up with adjustments or new insights.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Actually, nothing. These ladies and gentlemen know what they are doing.

Our website lacked e-commerce capability and was outdated. Being in Australia with strict Covid lock-out rules and heavily reliant on our international clientele, we needed to migrate online swiftly.

After we listed what we needed, Brave New worked proposed the wireframe for the website and the first designs for approval. Priorities were to organize content in a well-ordered way, provide availability of SEO tools, prepare website for implementation of further functionalities as newsletter, just by adding firewires.

We were decided to work on Wordpress solutions. The major challenge was how to find a balance between a conversion of the traffic to program and product websites as well as to impart a knowledge.

Brave New was invited to a three parties tender. The team was recommended by a friend and business owner, for whom they work.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Workflow started from the briefing meeting. The Brave New team was very inquisitive at that stage, in pursuance to deliver good tailor-made offer. Due to this attitude they got some extra points in a tender. On the base of a detailed bid they were ready to prepare wireframes. We propose just a few amendments.

In the next step we got mockups of the website. It allowed us to settle the graphic design idea. Than the programming phase started. Needed modifiactions were implemented promptly. Product was tasted on diverse operational systems and devices. After transfer of final files we were provided with video tutorial about elementary CMS maintenance of the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Project manager took care of us during the whole project. In the back office worked webdesigner, two webdevelopers and tester.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching a blog website we observed 5 times higher traffic on the loyalty website, which definitely exceeded the expectations.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

During the process we communicated via e-mails and all project materials as actual schedule and wirefires, mockups were available all time on Dropbox. Project manager answered very quickly and updated us proactively, so we were never let without a current status.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their expertise which they shared with us during the project on its every stage. Prompt responses, due to which we were thoroughly updated. Quickly implemented amendments. Extra video tutorials.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend to introduce a new service - editing correction of provided by client content. Corrections on existing website by the client take a lot of time and impose some workload on both sides.

**The Review** — Jun 26, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: Brave New successfully demonstrated positive change on the website. The SEO and page speed is much improved. The communication and flexibility were positive. The team was motivated to deliver the results.
""It's much easier for us to make improvements and change pages, sections, and elements."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Head of Marketing in a B2B company that offers an HR SaaS platform for large enterprise companies. The platform helps HR/L&D departments manage all employee development processes across the organization. I'm responsible for managing all marketing projects and campaigns for the product and the brand.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Brave New?

We've hired Brave New to support us in our comprehensive rebranding project related to our website. The website of our main product needed to be updated in terms of messaging, looks, and the technology behind it. They were to create the site based on the UI designed delivered by the design agency and the guidelines from us, the marketing team.

What were your goals for this project?

What we have expected from Brave New is a website that can be easily managed by our in-house marketing team. Since we're often running tests and do modifications, we wanted to have a certain level of control over the content and particular section. We also wanted our website to be fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-friendly. We put a lot of focus on the design, we wanted our website to look neat and sharp and to follow the design guidelines very carefully.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us by the design agency we collaborated with on the project. We have picked the design agency first and then started looking for the software agency that would understand our priorities and has a portfolio of similar projects. Yet another recommendation came from a colleague who had an opportunity to work with Brave New in his previous company. We do appreciate good recommendations, so we picked Brave New.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They developed, configured, and launched a brand new Wordpress website based on the UI design delivered by the design agency. We planned the sprints and release dates for particular parts of the project as it was pretty extensive: there were about 50 pages to be developed and released. Improvements were made after each release. I was in permanent contact with the assigned developer (Robert), who received instructions on how particular elements should work and what level of flexibility we're expecting. In the end, he produced for us pre-recorded materials and instructions that included essential knowledge about the website.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about 6 people, but certain individuals would come and go depending on the skills needed. I took the role of a project manager on our side, we collaborated mainly with a developer from Brave New who was solely responsible for developing our website. He, together with the Brave New project manager, where our two points of contact. The rest of the marketing team supported when needed.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It is still too early to demonstrate the effects of the newly produced website on our business, but we're glad to have such great results when it comes to Page Speed (which is a crucial factor for SEO and we expect improvements in this area). What's more, it's much easier for us to make improvements and change pages, sections, and elements, as they are built in a very user-friendly way.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated on Slack, which was very convenient for us (we chose this channel of communication). Communication was ongoing and every question was answered really quickly. We had an impression that our project is a top priority and the Brave New team is engaged and motivated to deliver the promised results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have experience working with demanding clients and they are flexible in addressing their needs. It surprised me how communicative and nice was the developer we directly collaborated with. It almost felt like (for the time the project was developed) he was a part of our team. I also appreciate the precision when it comes to translating the design into a live website. I do recommend working with him!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing comes to my, really.

We wanted our travel booking service to be modern, fast and up to the standards that are known in the industry and to which customers are already accustomed.

Our collaboration with Brave New consisted of creating a completely new website that would allow people who love to travel on their own to book trips and transfers in a friendly way. Additionally, the website has been integrated with our proprietary tourist traffic management system.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Brave New and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Brave New thanks to the recommendation of a friendly company, with which we also cooperate in the field of optimisation and positioning of our websites

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Implementation of the Mr. Shuttle has been a very interesting challenge to face. From the beginning, we worked with the attitude that we are creating something unique. The most important issues we wanted to put emphasis on were: Simple and intuitive website interface on mobile devices.

Users often make reservations on the go, on mobile phones. We wanted to emphasise the convenience of use. Nobody wants to waste time on consecutive bookings when they can be sightseeing during that time! Trust. This type of cruise service must be trusted from the very beginning.

Users must feel that they are in safe hands and the tour or transfer purchased is of high quality. When designing the website, we made sure that the website exposes social proof. There is a significant amount of space for the opinions of satisfied customers or links to social media profiles, which prove the solidity of Mr. Shuttle. Transparency of offers. We buy our dream journeys and trips with "our eyes".

Proper presentation of the photos was of great importance. However, we only make a purchase decision when we receive answers to all questions that bother us. That is why we wanted each of the offers to have, in addition to the photo gallery, a section with a detailed description, departure schedule, frequently asked questions and the possibility of quick contact with an employee of Mr. Shuttle, when in doubt.

All of this made Mr. Shuttle a service that can fully compete with the largest competitors in the world

How many people from the Brave New team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project team consisted of 9 people: Project Manager UX / UI Designer Webdesigner 2 x Full Stack Developer Back-end Developer Front-end Developer Content Manager Tester

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Convenient and intuitive interface, thanks to which users will be eager to become customers. We have created a website where buying trips and transfers is a real pleasure.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Thanks to regular weekly meetings, we were able to quickly see the results of the work. At each stage, Brave New provided the results of the work, and we were taken care of and notified about the next steps to be taken.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fully committed to the project and listening to our needs

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would probably add another tester to the team

## Portfolio & Awards

### HIT – The Tastiest Page Online
HIT is a brand that needs no introduction in Poland – these iconic cookies have been a staple in Polish homes for years.
Recently, the brand underwent a major rebranding, and we were invited by Bahlsen to collaborate on creating a new version of the HIT website — one that reflects the refreshed image and character of the brand.
The goal of the project was to refresh HIT’s digital presence and adapt the website to modern usability and visual standards.
The first stage of our work involved analyzing the existing website and the brand’s new marketing materials, which defined its updated personality. Understanding how the brand was evolving — and how it wanted to communicate — was essential for our next steps and became the foundation for creating wireframes.
For websites in the FMCG sector, it often happens that product sites are visually appealing but not user-friendly. In our projects, we put a strong emphasis on intuitive navigation, so we began by preparing comprehensive wireframes for the entire website — these served as the backbone for further design stages.
The next step was to develop the graphic design that visually reflects the new tone and personality of the HIT brand.

### Pratko Development
Pratko Development is a company with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Out of a passion for aesthetic, functional, and friendly architecture, they create housing estates and homes that combine top-quality workmanship with the comfort of future residents.
We made every effort to ensure a smooth design process. From experience, we know the key stage lies at the very beginning — when shaping the information architecture. We prepared two organizational structures for sections and menus. In consultation with Pratko, we selected one, and based on it designed detailed wireframes for the subpages.
We focused on transparency, content clarity, and proper information hierarchy, so users can quickly find details about investments, news, or contact options. Thoughtful wireframes helped validate ideas and confirm that the overall website vision was clear and consistent.
In the next stage, we designed the graphics for both desktop and mobile views, since the majority of users browse via small-screen devices.
The implementation was based on a flexible WordPress CMS with extended modules, enabling easy management by the client’s team. A special focus was placed on performance — we optimized images and ensured full responsiveness across various devices.
We preserved the existing blog content and optimized the SEO structure, which allowed us to maintain the site’s search engine rankings. The website gained not only a fresh, modern look but also improved visibility and user-friendliness.
Finally, we conducted training sessions for the Pratko Development team. The client now has full independence in content management, making it easier to continuously update investment offers and maintain contact with potential clients.
The project was a great success, and Pratko has since become one of our long-term partners. We continue to maintain the website, add new functionalities, update content, and support the company in its digital growth.

### Krakuski
Krakuski is a brand recognised by almost every sweets enthusiast in Poland. Cookies have been on the tables of generations, with the distinctive logo and traditional recipes becoming its hallmark.
Recently, the brand underwent a comprehensive rebranding-refreshing its visual identity, introducing new packaging, and redefining the values Krakuski wants to communicate to its audience. However, the previous website did not reflect the spirit of these changes and failed to support the brand’s new narrative.
Bahlsen, the owner of Krakuski, entrusted us with the task of creating a new website that would be consistent with the refreshed brand identity. Our goal was to design a platform that would not only attract attention with its modern design but, above all, emphasise the key message of the rebranding: “Krakuski. Where family is.” This idea became the foundation for the entire concept of the new website.
The project implementation was closely tied to the rebranding campaign schedule, making efficient time and priority management crucial from the very beginning. We knew that the most important element would be preparing a graphic design that would fully reflect the new identity of the Krakuski brand.
The first stage of our work involved a detailed analysis of the brand book and all visual materials developed by the brand-including new packaging designs and visual communication assets. Based on these guidelines, we started by creating functional wireframes, which became the foundation for further graphic design work. From the outset, we understood that the key challenge would be to effectively translate the new visual identity into the website language, ensuring that the site’s design would fully reflect the brand’s image transformation.

### PromoTraffic
PromoTraffic, a company we’ve been working with for years, approached us with the need to design two websites within a short timeframe. We proposed creating a single, cohesive graphic theme for both sites, with color variations. This solution saved time and money, and both websites were delivered in a remarkably short time.
Completed projects:

Marketplace.pro – One of PromoTraffic’s brands that provides comprehensive support for companies operating on sales platforms. The main goal was to showcase the company’s offer and encourage visitors to get in touch.
ProExpertsDays.pl – One of the largest marketing-related events in Poland, organized by PromoTraffic. In this case, we focused on presenting the event’s attractiveness. A clear schedule, speaker presentations, partners, and recordings from previous editions — all of this makes the event appealing in the eyes of visitors and encourages them to register for the next edition.

Both websites follow a visually consistent style aligned with the PromoTraffic brand. The developed theme also serves as an excellent foundation for creating additional sub-brands.

### Psychoklinika - The Psychology Experts Page
Psychoklinika is a well-established brand of psychological and psychiatric clinics. Specialists cooperating with Psychoklinika offer support in several offices in Warsaw and the surrounding area, as well as online. The clinic already had a well-positioned website, but it was outdated and required a refresh. Our task was to create a new design and implement features that make it easier for users to navigate the site and book appointments.
When creating the new version of the site, we focused on specific objectives:

A modern and visually appealing design consistent with the brand’s visual identity
An intuitive user experience, especially in terms of the online specialist finder and appointment booking
A design accessible to users with disabilities

Additionally, we had to ensure that the new site launch would not negatively affect SEO rankings. Psychoklinika had been implementing a consistent SEO strategy for years, so our minimum goal was to maintain the achieved positions, and our optimal goal was to improve them.

### Ola Bakery
Ola Bakery is a company with a rich tradition. The products of this Polish confectionery company, founded over 20 years ago, are available in 95% of retail chains in Poland, including Lidl, Biedronka, Kaufland, and Stokrotka. In addition to its presence in the domestic market, Ola also exports its goods to European, American, and Asian markets.
As the business continues to grow and with a new production line investment underway, the company partnered with us to develop a modern website designed to support its expansion in the B2B segment.
Cookie manufacturer Ola needed a website that would combine two key elements – showcasing the tradition and quality of its products with modernity and operational scale. The site had to effectively communicate the B2B offering, build brand recognition, and facilitate connections with retail chains and export partners.
Designing a website for companies in the FMCG sector comes with specific nuances. It was crucial to present the product range in a way that was visually appealing, yet clear and easy to navigate for potential business partners.
In the FMCG industry, frequently changing assortments play a significant role, which made it necessary to develop an intuitive content management system.
Another important challenge was adapting the website for various export markets – both in terms of language and tailoring the content to the purchasing preferences of partners from different countries.

### WMP Law Firm
WMP Law Firm is our long-term client, with whom we’ve been working for over 7 years. In the past, we’ve delivered numerous web design projects for them. This time, our task was to create a website that aligns with their rebranding efforts and supports the development of a new brand identity.
Our goal was to design a clean and transparent website that builds trust, clearly presents the firm’s services, and makes it easy for clients to get in touch with the legal team.
The new version of the website was designed not only as a tool to showcase the firm’s services, but also as a support for the firm’s continued growth, both in building stronger relationships with existing clients and in acquiring new ones.

The project was a continuation of our previous collaboration with the law firm, with whom we had already developed an effective communication style and understanding of their specific operations. Thanks to our long-term cooperation, we have a deep understanding of the client’s needs. Working with Mr. Grzegorz and Mr. Marek always means fast and transparent communication, which allowed the project to move forward efficiently. This helped us smoothly navigate through the conceptual phase and wireframing process.
The visual layer was designed with a strong emphasis on clarity and functionality. The color palette, typography, and layout were carefully selected to facilitate navigation and guide users to the most important areas of the website.
Throughout the design phase, we paid close attention to technical aspects, both in terms of performance and security. The entire website was built on the WordPress system. We developed an appointment booking system, contact forms, as well as modules for showcasing advisors and services.
After the implementation phase, we conducted testing and provided training for the firm’s team, ensuring they could manage content independently and take full advantage of the features we had developed. The website was launched according to sch

### Wanicki - WordPress Multisite Implementation

Wanicki Group had over 20 websites that required independent maintenance, which generated high costs. Employees responsible for the website had to have separate accounts on each site, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. As part of our cooperation with Wanicki Group, we unified and refreshed the websites and integrated them in a friendly WordPress MultiSite environment, which made their management much easier.

The project is created with WordPress Multisite. It allows us to create a special role, super administrator who have access to all sites in the network without the need for a separate login. This solution not only increases data security, but also allows you to update plugins in all sites at the same time.
As part of the design phase, we prepared a parent theme (wanicki.pl) and a theme for brand sites. Each of these sites differs in terms of details and content, but they all use the same structure, which significantly reduced implementation costs.
The contact page is connected with an extensive contact database with all company employees contact information. There’s also an advanced search engine that lets users to use filters and helps them find the right employee
An additional menu has been placed next to the logo, allowing users to navigate the entire ecosystem. It is extremely easy to find the given site.
The geolocation function helps users quickly find the nearest workshop.
Selected parts of the ecosystem are available in two language versions, with the option of adding additional languages.

This project will be nominated for the DesignRush Best Graphic Design competition.

### Poland Business Run
Poland Business Run (PBR) is the largest charity run in Poland. In cooperation with the organizers, we have prepared a new website, thanks to which 44% more teams have signed up for the event than the previous year.
Poland Business Run is a charity that organizes the most famous running charity event in Poland. The competition is addressed to companies. Each of them fields at least one team of five. The teams compete in a relay race. The event is combined with a charity fundraising event and the funds are donated to support people after amputations.
For several years, Brave New has been participating in the Poland Business Run. When the foundation asked us to create a new website, we felt proud and excited. We wanted to do the job as best as we could and achieve the goals that were presented to us.
The new website helped increase the number of participants in the stationary run. This happened despite the reduction of the advertising budget for promoting the run.
The well-thought-out structure of the website and clear messages mean that more visitors turn into customers, and advertising activities are more effective.
Not only the increase in the number of registrations, but also the increase in the number of clicks to the registration page and the increased financial participation of previous participants of the run show that a well-thought-out architecture of a website can significantly affect the financial result.
Another important result for the charity was the reduction in the number of messages sent by people interested in the run. We don’t have specific number, but the decrease in questions was “significant”.
The Poland Business Run website is a great example of a seemingly small website that can bring phenomenal results for event organizers.

### Bausch + Lomb - Long-term collaboration

Bausch and Lomb is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of contact lenses, eye care solutions, and medical equipment. The American company was founded in 1853, and for the past several years, its products have been available on the Polish market.
Since 2020, we have been a proud technology partner, supporting the growth of Bausch+Lomb and its product brands that help thousands of patients care for their eyes.

### Cotembo – Anti Money Laundering App

For the Dutch company Cotembo, we created a system that enables legal and financial audits. The aim of the collaboration was to create an intuitive platform that allows checking the legality of companies from all over the world. The collaboration covered the entire planning process, from the creation of the system’s operational specification to implementation and maintenance.
Cotembo is a revolutionary platform that enables setting up financial and due diligence audits of small and medium-sized enterprises. Until now, these instruments have been dedicated to banks and large financial institutions. Thanks to Cotembo, law firms, accounting firms and other companies now have access to automated audits.
Powerful features, customisation and more than 120 views  – we knew the coding phase would be challenging. That’s why we prepared a schedule for the project before the start of the work and divided it into two-week sprints – that is, we used the work in the SCRUM model.
The work was carried out under the supervision of the Project Manager and the development team was in constant contact with the UX designer, allowing the entire team to communicate quickly.
To further improve communication, Dave, the inventor of Cotembo, has been added to our tools: Slack to keep up with us, and Click Up to submit changes.
After each sprint, we consulted Dave on the workload and made changes to the schedule if necessary. Working in the sprint gave us flexibility: when Dave requested changes at the end of a sprint, we updated the action plan.
Our client deserves recognition – rarely do we have the pleasure of working with such committed and responsive people. Thank you very much. Two parties always work for the success of a project, and that is also the case with this project. Despite its size, Cotembo was produced without much delay.
It was definitely one of the most interesting projects we have created. We believe that Cotembo will change the way we work with audits.

### Misteria Paschalia Festival
Misteria Paschalia is one of the most important early music festivals in Europe, organised since 2004 by the KBF during Holy Week. That’s why our main goal was to create easy and useful features for visitors to access and use, as well as an attractive design that allows you to watch events online or buy tickets to watch live on different dates.
One website for people with disabilities and two language versions.
The site is very well optimised and fast, because the website was made in accordance with the requirements of WCAG 2.1, as well prepared on the basis of WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields that includes search engine based on keywords.
Newsletter integration. So you can subscribe to the newsletter and stay up to date.
The convenience of using the service and logical arrangement of content on the site.

### May81 - Chris Schwarz

The Galicia Jewish Museum in Kraków has been our long-term partner, for whom we regularly create multimedia website projects. Due to their subject, these projects are always a fascinating creative challenge.
This time, we had the opportunity to develop a website for a photography exhibition by British photographer Chris Schwarz, who visited Poland in May 1981.
The most significant aspect of the collaboration was understanding the full story of Chris Schwarz and the photographs he created. The beginning of the project required us to deeply explore the events captured in the images.
Both at the start of the work and throughout the design process, we visited the physical exhibition multiple times. This allowed us to solve interface challenges, structure the narrative effectively, and carefully select animations for the photographs.

### Mr. Shuttle - Book your trip

Our collaboration with Mr. Shuttle consisted of creating a completely new website that would allow people who love to travel on their own to book trips and transfers in a friendly way.
Website design thought out in terms of user comfort, consisting of over 100 designs of desktop and mobile views. Detailed UX / UI analysis allowed us to create a website that is convenient and user-friendly.
A modern purchasing process, thanks to which the user can add many products to the cart and pay for all of them with one transfer. Most of these types of websites allow you to buy only one service. We managed to solve this problem.
A combination of the WordPress platform with the proprietary tourist traffic management system, created by Mr. Shuttle. Thanks to this, Mr. Shuttle can conveniently manage services, ticketing and availability for each day.
Connection with advanced analytics allowing effective collection of information about user behaviour. Thanks to tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce, Klaviyo and Google Search Console, Mr. Shuttle can learn more about how customers use the service and thus develop it even better.
In cooperation with the PromoTraffic marketing agency, we have introduced full optimization of the website in terms of SEO, thanks to which the traffic of users from the Google search engine has increased.

### Sweet Home Sweet

Within the project of the website for the Galicia Jewish Museum in Krakow we prepared a one-page site with the presentation of materials available at the stationary exhibition.
Facing the task of creating an online version of the exhibition, we started our work with a visit to the Museum and got acquainted with the presented history. The exhibition consists of many elements: photos, documents and videos. For this reason, we put a lot of emphasis on the design and layout of each section. Our goal was to create a clear and interesting project that engages the user.
Videos were the most important part of the project. Not only were they of a great value in terms of content when telling the story, but also diversified the prepared composition. A big role at this stage was played by the museum team, who supported us with its knowledge and was supportive when creating the website in terms of UX.

### Cechowa Park

In cooperation with MB Development, we created modern websites for two properties: Sebastiana 18 and Cechowa Park. These projects, based on a similar structure, were developed to facilitate contact with the sales department and increase interest of potential buyers.
MB Development is a real estate company building properties in both prestigious locations in Krakow and interesting areas outside the city center. The MB Development team approached us with a request to create a website for the Sebastiana 18 property. After achieving positive results, the cooperation was continued with the implementation of the Cechowa Park website.
Websites for real estate companies are one of our fields of expertese. From the very beginning, we knew what aspects of the website to highlight and what language to use to create an attractive and, above all, effective website.
We started work by getting to know and understanding the target group and the nature of the property, which allowed us to better adapt our approach to the project.

### Miłosz Festival

The Miłosz Festival, one of the most important literary events in Poland and the largest poetry festival in Central Europe, needed a modern website.
The old version of the site had significant issues that required improvement. Searching for content was complicated, and finding key information, such as event details, was almost impossible. The site also loaded very slowly and had many bugs due to a lack of regular updates.
A priority was to ensure easy access to the schedule of all events—ranging from poet meetings to concerts, exhibitions, and poetry events. A clear schedule is the heart of the festival and one of the most important functionalities for users.
The Miłosz Festival also needed a website that met WCAG requirements. Since 2019, every public institution must ensure that its website is accessible to people with various disabilities.

### Opal Minded - Webshop with premium products
As part of cooperation with the Australian brand Opal Minded, we have created an online store with image elements. As a result, the company received tools to support sales and recognition in the network.
The Opal Minded website is a great example of how flexible and personalized WooCommerce is. Using this administrative system, we have built a functional store that supports advertising activities and image building by the client.
All subpages in the store are fully editable
As part of the work on the website, we have prepared a promotional video, which is included at the top of the home page

### Trampo - WordPress based platform

Trampo, the elearning platform was built based on the LMS LearnDash plugin. This is a versatile plugin that allows you to visually create courses using various blocks. The administrator can easily add lessons, topics and quizzes. Their form can be different: text content, images or videos. Courses are shared with user groups selected by the creator.
The platform is integrated with the online payment plugin. The user can purchase access to the selected training or choose a subscription that provides access to all materials.
Trampo is aimed at both individual users and companies. In the case of companies, all employees are assigned to an organization, where we have created a manager role. Managers can assign courses to all members or selected employees.
The first unique element of Trampo is the vast range of functionalities available for company managers. Managers have the ability to create their own courses, which significantly facilitates the process of onboarding new employees. In terms of creating content, managers have the same possibilities as Trampo administrators. This gives them a lot of freedom.
The second distinguishing feature of Trampo are refresher courses. Administrators and managers can create lessons and additional materials aimed at people who have completed the basic course. This approach increases the effects of training and makes employees actually use the knowledge they have acquired.
The Trampo app has been published in the Apple Store and Google Play.
