The NAIC Member Data Management project streamlined the organization’s membership process by automating data collection, management, and access. Previously, new member applications and updates required significant administrative effort within WordPress. To address this, the project implemented an automated system where prospective members submitted an inquiry form, received an intake form upon approval, and gained access to a member portal after payment. The system integrated with SharpSpring CRM, ensuring that firm and fund data was accurately stored and synchronized while maintaining a structured database within WordPress.

The project also improved ongoing data management for NAIC members and administrators. Members were provided with an online portal where they could update firm and fund details quarterly, ensuring that the NAIC database remained accurate and up to date. These updates were automatically reflected in the public member directory, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Additionally, the project introduced an automated process for generating MINT report PDFs, compiling fund data into structured documents for reporting purposes. By incorporating pre-filled forms, conditional logic, and automated workflows, the system significantly reduced errors and administrative workload.

In addition to automation, the project enhanced the accessibility and usability of member data. A structured database was established within WordPress to ensure seamless integration between the membership portal and the CRM system. The public-facing member directory was updated to reflect real-time data, improving transparency and ease of access. The primary goal of the project was to create a website for Marketplace.pro, a brand operating under the PromoTraffic group. Marketplace.pro specializes in helping brands grow on various marketplaces and achieve significant sales increases. When developing the website, our focus was on tailoring it to potential clients seeking such solutions. 
We designed the messaging and forms to cater to two key customer segments: those just starting their journey with marketplaces and those already active but looking to scale their sales. Brave New provided comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from content planning to UX design and final implementation.

The project was carried out in phases, starting with content planning, research on the best solutions to meet our expectations, and the detailed website design created in Adobe XD. The implementation was done using WordPress with Elementor. In addition to building the website based on the design, Brave New supported our team in making refinements and implementing additional suggestions.

When we started our cooperation, there were several issues that were important for us. All were implemented by the company according to the plan. What was important to us?

1. Same website for people with disabilities and two language versions. All website content is available in two language versions. It also includes easy options to change text size, contrast, and an audio assistant for people with disabilities.
2. We can appreciate the design elements such as the combination of colours and contrast, combined with photos in red tones that reflect the event’s atmosphere.
3. Upcoming events. One of the most interesting features is the schedule. In addition, the different departments – location, artists, and events – have been logically linked to each other so that the user can quickly find the information they need and choose between buying a ticket for the event or watching it online. As a result, guests navigate the site intuitively, moving from one section to another easily.
4. The administrator can assign festival guests to two categories: artists or residents and assign them to any number of locations and events.
5. The site is very well optimised and fast because it was made in accordance with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 as well as prepared on the basis of WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields that includes a search engine based on keywords.
6. Newsletter integration. So you can subscribe to the newsletter and stay up to date.
7. The convenience of using the service and logical arrangement of content on the site.

• Users report much greater satisfaction when it comes to using the site. Finding information is much easier.
• Managing the website, and adding new events or content is much more convenient, thanks to which we save time.

The Brave New team answered all questions very quickly. We received information about the materials we needed in advance, so we had time to prepare them. We also got enough time to get acquainted with the graphic design of the website, and the introduction of minor changes was quick.

The Project Manager also controlled the time spent on the project, so we launched the website on schedule. Additionally, UX/UI Designer and two developers were involved in the project what was was very valuable.
