I'm the product designer of a fintech company. We are a payroll company operating in Egypt.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brave New, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a solution partner that has knowledge of new technologies like NextJS and, Gatsby to increase our website performance and traffic. We wanted to have a flexible CMS that can manage the content easily, and also allow us to integrate with different platforms like Salesforce, and Workable.

After interviewing similar companies we decide to continue BraveNew. Also, we got quite good references for them.

NextJS frontend. CMS with customization options, 3rd party app integrations, Performance updates, Responsive adaptation, Multi-language support.

We worked with 3 developers and 1 product manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new website, we started to receive good feedback. The marketing team was very happy about the results. Website performance increased by 70% on desktop and 40% on mobile.

We mainly used Slack to maintain our daily communications. Also, we organized daily Zoom calls regards to needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very proactive, supportive, and solution-oriented. They never hesitate any discussion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are quite happy with the results so far, but CMS design could be improved.

Mr. Shuttle formerly KrakowShuttle is a fully licenced, locally owned and operated transport company. From the very beginning, we have specialized in professional transport for tourists and business travellers and provided reliable and efficient services.

MrShuttle’s strategy is based on a modern logistic management and professional customer services. Together with the great knowledge of the local transport area that made us a benchmark in the industry. Currently, we offer our services in several dozen cities around the world.

In the project, I was responsible for project coordination in terms of the implementation of the specifications, compliance with industry standards and financial settlements.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brave New, and what were your goals?

Our company has been on the market for several years. We know the needs of our clients and we knew that our website needs complete reconstruction. We wanted our travel booking service to be modern, fast and up to the standards that are known in the industry and to which customers are already accustomed.

Our collaboration with Brave New consisted of creating a completely new website that would allow people who love to travel on their own to book trips and transfers in a friendly way. Additionally, the website has been integrated with our proprietary tourist traffic management system.

We came across Brave New thanks to the recommendation of a friendly company, with which we also cooperate in the field of optimisation and positioning of our websites

Implementation of the Mr. Shuttle has been a very interesting challenge to face. From the beginning, we worked with the attitude that we are creating something unique. The most important issues we wanted to put emphasis on were: Simple and intuitive website interface on mobile devices.

Users often make reservations on the go, on mobile phones. We wanted to emphasise the convenience of use. Nobody wants to waste time on consecutive bookings when they can be sightseeing during that time! Trust. This type of cruise service must be trusted from the very beginning.

Users must feel that they are in safe hands and the tour or transfer purchased is of high quality. When designing the website, we made sure that the website exposes social proof. There is a significant amount of space for the opinions of satisfied customers or links to social media profiles, which prove the solidity of Mr. Shuttle. Transparency of offers. We buy our dream journeys and trips with "our eyes".

Proper presentation of the photos was of great importance. However, we only make a purchase decision when we receive answers to all questions that bother us. That is why we wanted each of the offers to have, in addition to the photo gallery, a section with a detailed description, departure schedule, frequently asked questions and the possibility of quick contact with an employee of Mr. Shuttle, when in doubt.

All of this made Mr. Shuttle a service that can fully compete with the largest competitors in the world

The project team consisted of 9 people: Project Manager UX / UI Designer Webdesigner 2 x Full Stack Developer Back-end Developer Front-end Developer Content Manager Tester

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Convenient and intuitive interface, thanks to which users will be eager to become customers. We have created a website where buying trips and transfers is a real pleasure.

Thanks to regular weekly meetings, we were able to quickly see the results of the work. At each stage, Brave New provided the results of the work, and we were taken care of and notified about the next steps to be taken.

I would probably add another tester to the team
