I’m the business strategy and growth manager at Maxperience, an experiential marketing and event management company for automotive brands. We create immersive motor events and high-quality video content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

We hired Brandiet to work on our website and social media campaigns in relation to the events we’re executing. They also provide support in tech, digital marketing, and beyond.

Can you describe the scope of work Brandiet has handled for this project?

Brandiet helps us with various projects, including social media campaigns, running our Instagram pages, and managing our digital campaigns. They also help us revamp our website and create interactive websites and web pages. The team provides creative support from time to time.Brandiet is currently working on our company’s website revamp. They’ve also created a website for one of our clients with payment gateway integrations, form submissions, and a full messaging play where users get updates according to their inputs.Moreover, Brandiet has managed multiple campaigns, such as expeditions we do for brands and an IP we have. The team has curated end-to-end data collection, registration, influencer management, and campaigns for that IP.

We engaged Brandiet to strengthen the overall digital presence of Global Connect Travels Pvt. Ltd. The project covered two major areas: the development of our company website and the management of our social media marketing.
The primary objective was to create a modern, professional and user-friendly website that clearly communicated our company profile, services, expertise and capabilities. At the same time, we wanted to build a consistent and engaging social media presence that reflected our brand identity and helped us communicate more effectively with our target audience.

 The key deliverables included:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the project was primarily focused on building a stronger digital foundation, it delivered several clear and measurable outcomes. Brandiet successfully completed and launched a fully responsive website with all the agreed pages, content and enquiry touchpoints. The new website made it easier for potential clients to understand our services, explore our capabilities and contact our team.

Our social media presence also became more structured and consistent. Regular content calendars, professionally designed creatives and clearer brand communication helped improve the overall quality of our profiles. We noticed stronger audience engagement, better consistency in posting and an increase in relevant interactions and enquiries through our digital channels.

The key indicators of progress included:

Brandiet managed the project in a professional, organised and transparent manner. They established clear timelines, coordinated regularly with our team and kept us informed about the progress of each deliverable. The agreed website and social media deliverables were completed on time, and any revisions or additional requirements were handled without unnecessary delays.

Their responsiveness was one of the strongest aspects of the engagement. The team was easily accessible, attentive to our requirements and always open to feedback. They took the time to understand our concerns, incorporated requested changes promptly and offered practical creative solutions whenever required.

They were also flexible when our priorities or requirements evolved during the project. Their sense of ownership was particularly noteworthy. The team approached the project as an extension of our organisation, remained receptive to feedback and consistently looked for solutions that would improve the final outcome. They were flexible, responsive, and willing to refine their work until it aligned with our expectations.

Another unique strength was their ability to manage both website development and social media marketing under one coordinated strategy. This helped maintain consistency in our messaging, visuals and overall brand presentation across different digital platforms. Their combination of creative thinking, technical capability, and client-focused service made the engagement especially valuable. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandiet could have done differently?

Overall, we were highly satisfied with Brandiet’s performance and did not encounter any major areas of concern. The team was professional, responsive and committed to delivering quality work throughout the engagement.

If we were to suggest one area for further improvement, it would be to introduce more detailed and frequent performance reports for social media, along with longer-term strategic recommendations based on the results. A more structured dashboard covering upcoming milestones, engagement trends and future opportunities could make an already effective process even stronger.

However, this is a minor suggestion rather than a shortcoming. Brandiet consistently welcomed feedback, adapted quickly and demonstrated a genuine willingness to improve, which made the overall experience very positive.
