We onboarded with The Brand Amp in November with the goal to have our Google & Meta ads campaigns managed and optimized. There are 2 sides of our business, B2B and DTC sales. As a result, we run two different campaign types: lead generation and e-commerce sales. 

In addition, we also added Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) testing in December to start understanding what works, doesn't work, and doubling down on what works to grow ROAS and improve conversion rates across both B2B and DTC.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Since we've been with The Brand Amp, our ROAS is consistently higher than we've ever seen with past agencies/managers, our cost per lead went down while bringing in more qualified accounts, and we're consistently seeing growth as a result of the CRO and ads optimizations they have done for us since we started just 5-6 months ago!

Tri is a pleasure to work with and is very laser-focused on helping us get the best results possible with support from the very talented and dedicated team including Dylan, Kelly, Robert, & Bee. When it comes to our needs, they respond in a timely manner and even give their suggestions to best succeed with our campaigns. There has not been a single time where the team lets me down and we look forward to continuing to grow our brand with The Brand Amp at our side.

The company features a diverse group of very experienced individuals across every facet of marketing. With their knowledge, portfolio, and helpfulness, they're quick to be helpful and not afraid to speak up when something may not work or when they have a suggestion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Brand Amp could have done differently?

So far, we are satisfied with The Brand Amp, Tri, Dylan, Kelly, & Robert. While there hasn't been anything top of mind that needs improvement, we'll definitely be in touch to keep our relationship productive.

Develope and activate a highly targeted social and digital marketing strategy designed to reignite awareness, spark FOMO, and ultimately drive ticket sales for a beloved local event. With a 20‑year legacy in the market before going dark during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the brand’s 2025 return required a bold reset. The revival introduced major shifts—an exciting but unfamiliar new venue and a move from reserved seating to a fully GA experience—demanding a fresh approach, fast execution, and a strategy built for impact from day one.

We used Brand Amp for a full digital marketing & paid media relationship, to which we bolted on SEO and CRO services for our Shopify based website.  Key deliverables include Google, Meta, Tiktok digital advertising strategy, content, and execution, as well as full scope of SEO and CRO on our site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw great results from our paid ads across google, youtube, meta, and tiktok.  We also were very pleased with results from the SEO work which resulted in considerably improvement in organic traffic sessions as well as the quality & relevance of that traffic.

The Brand Amp was very proficient at project management, they nail the timelines on our big projects and still bring in the additional value through small items & tweaks to campaigns on the side.  One of the items we liked best was the insight & followup post-A/B testing - we were able to apply those learnings & implications beyond strictly our paid media scope to other parts of our marketing mix.

We used Brand Amp for both PR and Digital Media.  They were excellent at working cohesively across these 2 scopes, consistently finding ways to add value & reinforce the efforts happening in other parts of the agency relationship.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Brand Amp could have done differently?

Brand Amp's quality is very high.  I think their pricing is fair for the quality delivered, but they are not going to be the cheapest agency you find out there.
