Develope and activate a highly targeted social and digital marketing strategy designed to reignite awareness, spark FOMO, and ultimately drive ticket sales for a beloved local event. With a 20‑year legacy in the market before going dark during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the brand’s 2025 return required a bold reset. The revival introduced major shifts—an exciting but unfamiliar new venue and a move from reserved seating to a fully GA experience—demanding a fresh approach, fast execution, and a strategy built for impact from day one.

They reenergized our creative by elevating the imaging and messaging, sparking fresh excitement around the event. By identifying revenue gaps in our previous strategy, they drove powerful awareness and accelerated ticket sales—delivering clear, real-time ROI through rapid creative turns and ongoing optimizations designed to maximize impact.

We used Brand Amp for a full digital marketing & paid media relationship, to which we bolted on SEO and CRO services for our Shopify based website.  Key deliverables include Google, Meta, Tiktok digital advertising strategy, content, and execution, as well as full scope of SEO and CRO on our site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw great results from our paid ads across google, youtube, meta, and tiktok.  We also were very pleased with results from the SEO work which resulted in considerably improvement in organic traffic sessions as well as the quality & relevance of that traffic.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Brand Amp was very proficient at project management, they nail the timelines on our big projects and still bring in the additional value through small items & tweaks to campaigns on the side.  One of the items we liked best was the insight & followup post-A/B testing - we were able to apply those learnings & implications beyond strictly our paid media scope to other parts of our marketing mix.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We used Brand Amp for both PR and Digital Media.  They were excellent at working cohesively across these 2 scopes, consistently finding ways to add value & reinforce the efforts happening in other parts of the agency relationship.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Brand Amp could have done differently?

Brand Amp's quality is very high.  I think their pricing is fair for the quality delivered, but they are not going to be the cheapest agency you find out there.
