We have launched the app, but we’re still conducting some last-minute fixes. Still, I’m satisfied with how the app turned out. We’re already discussing future iterations. The design is visually impressive, and the technical quality is strong. This was an extensive process that saw us make several scope changes. Brainvire Infotech was flexible and patient because they believe in building a successful product.

I was always updated regarding their progress. We communicated well through Jira, Skype, and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There was never a technical element that they weren’t able to accomplish. They’re so advanced technologically that they always seemed to find the right answers. Their greatest strength is taking ideas and using their skill set to bring them to life.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I preferred to be responsible for the written content within the app, but having their team start that process is helpful. They have room to grow, however, in their written English. I had to clean up some grammatical errors. Having a more experienced English speaker on their staff would mitigate that problem.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Their team told me how appreciative they were of how involved I was in the development process. They sometimes have clients that assign the work and don’t respond to communication. I’d recommend being an active participant in the building process.

We tasked Brainvire Infotech with building native versions of our app for both iOS and Android. They used the wireframes and UI our marketing team had produced as a framework for the design. We contributed feedback from our end to ensure it adhered to our company’s strict brand guidelines. The majority of their contributions involved development, but they also provided valuable input about how we could improve specific processes.
Our mobile platform includes built-in features for customers to check their balance and view invoices for property maintenance. Service requests logged into the app are submitted internally to our service team. Once received, our employees can start resolving the issue in question. The app’s most important feature is a payment gateway that lets customers pay for service charges.

Brainvire Infotech assigned strong resources to our project. We were in communication with Chintan (CEO, Brainvire Infotech) and another senior employee, who are driving forces of the company. Our app is currently available in both the App Store and Google Play. We just launched a couple of weeks ago and have already started to see service requests come through. The team is monitoring the number of downloads.
Brainvire Infotech is adding new enhancements and will conduct multiple releases shortly. Since new requirements will continue to emerge, it’s an ongoing process. The first version of our app is only built for use in Serbia. However, because we operate and deliver properties in multiple countries, we’ll eventually need to make corresponding versions for each one.

We’ve had a great experience working with Brainvire Infotech. Projects of this nature always involve certain hurdles, but it’s worked well overall from a technical perspective. We’ve never used an intricate system for database management before. We started off with a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, but that couldn’t be used by multiple people simultaneously. We then tried Dropbox but quickly migrated to Google Drive. That worked well for several years, but mobile connectivity has greatly influenced India. We needed a development firm to create a mobile app that interacts with our Google Drive database.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc prepared a project analysis that I edited extensively. During those editing stages, I added images to demonstrate how I wanted everything to look. Instead of using Google Drive, they suggested we develop a web-based app that could use MySQL. I decided to move forward with their recommendation.
They built the web app for using MySQL, Java, and Angular.js. They also developed a mobile app for Android. The platform is currently meant for internal use only and we’re still fixing a few minor bugs. Once that’s complete, we’ll port over the data from the Google Drive. We plan on further scaling the project and launching the app as a software as a service (SaaS) product for brokers.

Their hands-on approach helped ensure a successful project. Without their guidance, I wouldn’t have scaled the project to the level it’s at today. We’re running both systems concurrently. We’re going through testing right now, so I won’t know the productivity stats until we’ve gone live and ported all the data. I’m quite sure the new system will help us a lot as it has vastly more functionality than its predecessor. The app looks excellent has only experienced one crash in a particular module. They stuck to the schedule and regularly updated me with progress reports. They shared the Android package kit files with us for feedback. Their location is convenient because their office is easily accessible to us. The other firms we considered were too far away. Before the project began, their project manager was able to understand what I wanted and that made a big difference. They have a lot of experience using MySQL, Angular.js, and other technologies.

I’m the product and marketing manager of an e-commerce company called LINKYO Corp. Since 2002, we’ve specialized in printing supplies and blank media for the duplication market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech?
We were looking to outsource our digital marketing to them for one of our websites—SuperMediaStore.com. We also needed resources to support our Shopify Plus platform; if we encountered any issues or wanted to make any changes, they would provide technical assistance.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech provides full-service digital marketing services to drive traffic to our site. They’re responsible for all of our Google AdWords and Bing Ads search engine marketing (SEM). They also manage our YouTube advertising and help create posts for social media.
Recently, we’ve terminated our contract with CJ Affiliate and have started using another program called LinkConnector. Brainvire Infotech tracks all of our campaigns, ensuring that we’re capturing information properly.
As for our Shopify Plus platform, a previous vendor designed and coded the platform, connecting it with GoDataFeed. Brainvire Infotech reviewed the feed’s setup and made sure that it distributed directly to all search engines. Currently, they continue to help us maintain the platform.
What is the team composition?
I primarily work with the core digital marketer and his supervisor, whom I contact for higher-level items. On the development side, I interface with their president and another person.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech?
They approached us initially, but a couple of our friends had also used them. After talking to their references, we looked at their profile and decided to test them over a three-month probation period. We were happy with their results, so we outsourced all of our digital marketing to them.
How much have you invested with them?
Excluding advertising costs, we spend between $2,500–$3,000 per month on their services, which amounts to $24,000–$30,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
Their work began in August 2017 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since outsourcing our digital marketing, we’ve been happy with their work. We’re currently satisfied with our AdWords standing, so they’ve shifted their focus to Bing. Later, they’ll work on social media.
How did Brainvire Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
We have no complaints so far. Every week, they provide a report about what they’ve done and the subsequent results. They also provide a full schedule for the upcoming 3 months, which aids in transparency.
Furthermore, they're able to manage their time well. When we first engaged them, we established the number of hours we wanted them to spend on our site, and they've consistently stayed within that number. As for communication, they always let us know in advance if something’s wrong. We primarily talk through Skype and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate their willingness to get the job done right. In the beginning, we had a few hiccups with our feed; the previous vendor didn’t set it up correctly, so we couldn’t reliably track our information. Brainvire Infotech gave us a time frame to fix the setup, communicated with us, and delivered as promised.
Are there any areas they could improve?
While they’re able to fix any of our issues, there could be some improvements on the development side. They sometimes tend to rush the task a little bit, which can lead to results that are different to what we expected. It may benefit them to spend more time learning about our needs. In terms of marketing, I have no complaints.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
As with all outsourced work, make sure that you can measure their performance before diving into the project. If the vendor proposes spending money for a marketing channel, it’s best to ask what the expectations are. I’ve noticed that, if we don’t ask, they sometimes leave out those details.

We needed Magento and e-commerce development for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?
The site was built on Magento. The order functionality needs to be in the system as we store our products in our warehouse, and we need to access those goods to ship them out to the customer. We needed enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS) for our website. We spoke a lot with the Brainvire team about how we purchase and receive our product from the manufacturer, as well as how we ship the product to our customers.

We've been in contact with three people from their team including Chintan (CEO, Brainvire Infotech Inc), who often visits our company. We're also in touch with Bhavesh (Head E-Commerce & Mobile Application, Brainvire Infotech Inc) who is the head of the project, and we also have a project manager.

Brainvire is really good in this regard. They try to understand us, they support us and want us to be successful in our field.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, so good. The most important thing when developing a website is the communication with the development company. If there are any issues or bugs, they take care of it.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management has been really good. During the process, they've visited us more than 10 times and stayed for two to three weeks at a time, which is something I really appreciate. We communicate via Skype, on a daily basis and very well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about them is how they care about their customers. They want us to be successful. This is our first website, and they try to develop everything according to how we need it and try hard to understand what our business is about.
Are there any areas they could improve?
After developing the website and making it live, it's good when they take care of any bugs or any issues. They answer us quickly, but even quicker would be better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you want to be successful in developing a website, I really recommend them. They're awesome and do a good job. They understand what the customer’s needs are. They're very receptive to feedback and really try to understand their customers' mind.

I’m a web developer at Costex. We sell replacement parts for heavy equipment such as Caterpillar.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We’re trying to reach a broader audience online. We want to make it as easy as possible for the end user to find their part and have it delivered to their door by taking the fewest steps possible.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire helped us through the whole process. We met with them and presented everything that we needed. It’s an online catalog, which was developed using Magento, and will eventually be a complete e-commerce website. Customers can browse for parts, send quote requests, and create an account. It’s an online store specific to our industry. Users can send in their shopping cart for a quote; we receive that internally and a sales rep gets in contact with the customer. We’re starting off with the online catalog to see the response from our users. We plan to continue to build up the site.
We divided the project into two stages, with the first being the online catalog which we just launched. We will be starting the second phase shortly which will be the full e-commerce website with the shopping cart functionality.

I met with the CEO a few times. I have also been in contact with their head of e-commerce and mobile apps and their PHP/mobile team manager. We had a project manager, project lead, and a group of developers.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had an amazing experience with Brainvire. They’re exceedingly experienced in the e-commerce and digital marketing business. The first stage which just launched is good so far. We haven’t found any issues, and everything has been working great. It was thoroughly tested before it went live. We showed it to a few customers as well as internally within the company and received great feedback. Everyone loves the look of it as well as the functionality.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
The communication was great, and so far, everything has been awesome. We are definitely going to keep doing business with them.
I have worked with third-party companies before, and Brainvire is exceptionally detail-oriented and organized when it comes to the documentation and following the right steps to get to the end point. My direct contact and I either talk by phone or meet through Skype on a daily basis. They are available to answer any questions or issues I have. We check in weekly to make sure everything is going according to plan. I don’t have any complaints and would give them the highest rating.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Prior to working with Brainvire, we worked with a different company that specializes in Magento as well. The experience was completely different. There is no comparison to Brainvire’s communication, knowledge, and experience. You can tell right away that they know what they are doing. Anytime we had a question or issue, they had the right answer and gave us options for a solution. It definitely showed their expertise. They have the ability to tackle an issue from different angles which is something you get from experience. They are a great company to work with.

They primarily work with PHP and LAMP stacks, as well as with Amazon Web Services (AWS). They’ve tackled multiple software development projects, like mobile applications and email integrations, and have created dashboards. They’ve also optimized our current structures.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Right now, I would say that we're at about 75% efficiency, which is, in large part, thanks to the software work they’ve done. Our target is 85% though, so even though we're on the way to reach that mark this year, there’s still a large project that needs to be completed.
How did Brainvire perform from a project management standpoint?
When they have issues they communicate well, usually over Skype. Timing is not an issue, even though you would think it would be, with different time zones in North America.
They work well with my team as well. They have a structure in place that deals well with troubleshooting when difficulties or challenges arise. I worked with several companies prior to them, and I find them to be quite well structured.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The thing that's very clear is that they're highly knowledgeable technically, and that they know current trends and where they’re going. They’re not focused on how much they can get out of an engagement. They want to know how they can support us and build us up to be better. That approach is very much appreciated. A company could be great, but if you don't have the right staff, it doesn't work. They’ve got good people, and I'm quite happy to see that many team members have stayed with them for a long time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wish I could see them in person while discussing some of these projects, but communication-wise, Skype is great.
Any advice for potential customers?
If the business owners can't understand how a technology can help them and their business, it's very important to communicate that. They need to know what aspects are important to them, and what timelines they're looking at. I think that if that’s communicated, technology providers can provide solutions that will work. It’s also very important to understand what each company’s budget is.
