We delivered a complete design in Figma which had to be built in WordPress with Elementor and Crocoblock. The website contains a CPT for job openings and a CCT for team members (which we will connect other sites to using a API later on).

A planning was made by Brainium that showed when they would finish the pages and they sent me the links to check the pages when they should be done. Any revisions that needed to be made were always on time and never delayed any other scheduled pages.

They delivered on time and always responded immediately to every question, request for revision or otherwise. Communication in English was very good, always friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Strained. They will not continue work unless we pay more money, citing increased scope. We are seeking financial restitution.

How did your relationship with your partner evolve?

Awful experience. It was a poor experience in the beginning. Things got better under new management. They solicited a 5-star review. We obliged. They ceased work on the project citing increased scope and refused to continue unless we paid more money. Production has halted.

Be honest. Honour a contract. Tell the truth. Be ethical and moral.

Do not do business with this firm without consulting the negative reviews about their business habits.

We needed a website overhaul and help developing an LMS for teacher and student use. Additionally, we required a CMS and administrative tool to oversee the entire project.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Brainium Information Technologies is helping us develop the website and CMS, which they are building from scratch. 

Initially, we gave them an overview document with all the technical requirements. It explained our vision for the platform's economy, included some information about profit analysis, and outlined a few essential design elements, such as our logo, to aid in the creation of the website and LMS. We also provided a link to an existing website set up as a splash page.

Although we're not yet ready to go live, we have tremendous confidence in our partnership with Brainium Information Technologies. As long as they continue on their current trajectory, we believe they'll provide everything necessary to ensure our success.

How did Brainium Information Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Occasionally, we have had to modify the delivery schedule due to the fact that we are working on multiple features of the project. This is to be expected and understandable. However, the Brainium Information Technologies team is highly communicative and constantly keeps us in the loop.

We established a regular weekly meeting strategy at our request, and they implemented it very quickly. It's been productive for the entire team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with the Brainium Information Technologies team has been a highly positive and enjoyable experience.

Over the last few months, we experienced a turning point in our project management. However, our previous experience was a bit shaky. Assigning the appropriate project manager to each client is essential to avoid any issues.

The necessary outcome was a web application allowing users to submit medical observations. Those observations were supposed to be stored in a database, and then processed to generate a simple report.

This was a dynamic, iterative interaction with the company. As the application was being developed, I provided feedback and any corrections needed. The team promptly made those corrections and moved forward. Items were delivered on time. The team was responsive and professional.
