Erich Shafer is a Service Delivery Technician with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for both hardware and software.

Daniel was raised in Michigan and earned a degree in marketing from the University of Michigan-Flint. As a child, he had a strong interest in computers and decided to pursue this passion as a career after the onset of the COVID pandemic.
