Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Binary Matrix designed and built the website for Lifeforce Mobile Massage, a London mobile massage business.  I needed a professional, credible website that would work as the main point of contact for a new business.

It had to look premium, work well on mobile, and make it easy for customers to find the service and book. The quality of the work was excellent. The site is clean, modern and polished, loads quickly, and works smoothly on phones and desktops. It looks like it belongs to an established business, which was exactly what I wanted. Communication was clear, prompt and professional throughout. I was kept updated at every stage, and they explained technical points in plain English.

I never had to chase them for an answer. The team clearly knows what they’re doing. They understood the goals of my business and made sensible recommendations on design and layout rather than just following instructions. Every question and change request I raised was dealt with quickly and fully. They were patient, friendly and flexible, and the level of customer service made the whole process stress-free. Overall, Binary Matrix delivered a website I’m proud of. I’d happily work with them again and recommend them to any business that wants a quality website built by a team that cares.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They met all milestones ahead of time and were pro-active.I didnt ask them to build a therapist recruitment page but they built one thats fully automated and it generates 2- 3 applications a week from therapists looking for work and this saves us money on recruitment advertising. The bespoke automated booking system works perfectly and allowa clients to book instantly and as the whole process is automated we dont have to deal with phone calls.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Binary Matrix team were second to none in terms of delivery customer service and speed to get things done.

What was your primary form of communication with BinaryMetrix Technologies?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most unique about Binary Matrix is that they combined things you rarely get from one company. They were fast and delivered sooner than I expected, but the speed never came at the cost of quality. They understood Lifeforce and what the business needed without me having to over-explain, and they went beyond the brief by suggesting improvements I hadn’t thought of.

I dealt directly with the people doing the work and always got quick, personal answers, rather than being passed around or left waiting. They explained technical points in plain English, which made the whole process stress-free, and the quality of the finished website was far better than I’d expect for the price. It has given Lifeforce a professional presence from day one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BinaryMetrix Technologies could have done differently?
