I am one of the officers of our company and we offer routine home maintenance services to owners of residential and commercial properties.
For what projects/services did your company hire BinaryMetrix Technologies, and what were your goals?
Our initial website did not meet the current or next Gen requirements as it was lacking flow and functionality including a clean user interface. We also did not have any digital marketing going on before working with Binary.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Binary had reached out to us including other vendors and their professionalism, patience, and understanding of our requirements lead us to working with them. Their pricing also was within our budget and their terms were flexible to meet our needs.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We initially had a few discussions with their development team so they could understand the scope of our project, and also understand the pain points from our existing project. From there they developed a sample and then we met continuously to lead the final project in the right direction, and they also provided excellent advice to us in areas that we did not have a good understanding of.
They provided excellent ongoing communication on demand, and there could not have been any other way of handling this any better professionally.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were a total of four people who we worked with closely, and that included senior leader, ship, project, manager, development and digital marketing. There were others that we did not directly speak to, but were involved in the development of our project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Overall, the feedback we have received from our customers has been very positive regarding the new website that was developed by this company and also traction to our website through digital marketing campaigns that was managed by this company. We were given an overall grade of a C+ on our existing website and the new website that was created by this company gave us an increase to an A.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We typically used Microsoft teams and also zoom for our continuous interactions with the team members with continuous email and WhatsApp available for on-demand communication. Their response rate was incredibly fast.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The overall quality of the work for the price point, and the turnaround time is what really impressed us. The overall communication and professionalism and patience before coming to an agreement was very positive as well.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In all honesty, I personally could not offer any areas for improvement as I am also looking to doing near future, and for future projects with the same company.

My Name is Bobby Erwin and I'm owner at Erwin insurance Agency. We are a trusted insurance agency in Jacksonville Florida, and we ensure that we are always available to give specialized, one-on-one help for all of our client insurance needs.
For what projects/services did your company hire BinaryMetrix Technologies, and what were your goals?
We hired BinaryMetrix Technologies for our main website development. Earlier we had very basic web design and we wanted to have a custom UI/UX layout with development of it.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched a lot online and locally to get our website designed but were unable to shortlist any vendor. After a few days, we got BinaryMetrix info from one of my reference and checked their previous work examples. The deciding factor was availability of single point of contact and his niche understanding on our requirement. Even after getting them onboard, the communication was top notch.

We finalised the scope where they need to work on the custom design of all pages and development on wordpress platform. Once it is developed, they will also deploy it on my server. Activity performed by Team BinaryMetrix

There were 5 members on this project. The first point of contact was Oliver Queen and worked as Project coordinator for the project. The technical requirement was taken by Business Analyst. They assigned a UI Designer along with a Wordpress Web Developer. Another person was QA/tester who tested the complete website and made the website bug free.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It has been great working with BinaryMetrix. We have had to communicate numerous times making the changes to a new website and have always been satisfied with results. Now that the website is completed, I'm anxious to continue working with BinaryMetrix and Oliver. Anyone can view our website to see the measurable outcomes.

The initial communication was started through emails and phone calls. For showing the progress they used Zoom meeting where they shared the screen and taking me through all the completed tasks on specific module(s).
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was very much impressed by the person’s availability, communication, and level of understanding of our needs. The point of contact was working in my time zone (Eastern Time Zone) so I was able to provide my feedback on the update instantly and the feedback was Implemented the same day as their execution team is in India, so the time difference of 9:30hrs became a positive thing in this engagement.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As I am satisfied with all their work and presence for me, I don’t think there is any improvement required for this team. I highly recommend them for others too.
Working with BinaryMetrix Technologies resulted in positive feedback from customers. The team delivered an excellent website and ran effective campaigns at a reasonable cost. Using Microsoft Teams and Zoom, they had continuous interactions with the client and were responsive throughout.
