For the logo, they created a beautiful logo with great colors and a new branding message for my company. For the website, they used WordPress and created multiple pages to easily guide my clients to the book now page.

My clients seem very impressed with the website, but we did just launch, so I will probably receive better feedback in the coming months.

We used zoom to meet and discuss project details. The logo process took about 6 weeks and the website was about 4 weeks.

How did you select this vendor?

When I got acquainted with Big red jelly through their site and saw their work history and interesting activities, I made sure that they are the most suitable options.

First, to start, after the initial agreement, which is made by online contact, a written agreement is sent, signed and circulated, and the work starts. Then, a weekly video call is made with the relevant expert and the work is carried out step by step. The point of view is taken and implemented, and so on until the project is completed. During the design period, it is also possible to send additional or possible comments via email, and this helped me a lot.

Our business is growing rapidly and we needed a significant upgrade or "makeover" for our brand. Anything from a new color palette, upgraded/improved logo design, customer journey, marketing strategy - anything a growing eCommerce company would need to continue and improve on an upward trend. We needed an upgrade to give us a professional look, while still maintaining our community/small business charm.

How did you select this vendor?

They had one of the highest (if not the highest) google ratings. I then compared their homepage with a few other agencies and felt Big Red Jelly's was more up-to-date, and I liked their business cases (client examples) more.

I set up a video call through their website, it was simple and straightforward. I've worked with many agencies in the past, so no surprise - I was glad they made sure it was a good fit for both of us before moving forward. They had 3 package plans to offer for what my specific needs were; since I had already gone with a different agency I felt I didn't need the packages offered by BRJ. They were great, they played around with it and customized it for me - honestly looking back they have this pretty dialed in so I think anyone would be pleased if they chose from a package. After that, the kickoff call with my project manager went great. I was teamed up with Chloe, she's a perfect fit for my brand! So far, the work is beyond my expectations, the communication, the expectations set, the quality of thought and design put into my work - I'm impressed, happy, and excited with the direction we're going.

3 total. Very quick and easy. Hyrum and Ben connected with me after my initial inquiry, I had a follow-up with Hyrum, and from there I was set up with Chloe by the next day I believe.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I worked with multi-million dollar agencies in the past, and I can see Big Red Jelly being a great fit for a large company, but I'll leave my feedback from my point of view. I'm a small business owner, and my business is my livelihood. It's my baby, I wouldn't trust it with anyone. I feel 100% that I'm in good hands here, the artistic element, the professionalism, the communication. It's been great.

Communication is through email, zoom, loom, and google docs. Great communication and attention to detail. I'd also point out they have identified "areas" where we could improve or build upon, many things that I did not notice myself. Punctuality is better than expected, I've received follow-up emails early with great attention to detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Just the fact they fit so well with what I need in a brand! Truly is going/went better than expected, although expectations are high after working with many agencies. I feel like they treat me like a valued client. When we're on calls and exchanging emails,  it always feels like I'm the only client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far everything has been great, we're not finished with the project but we're on the same page, I've seen mockups and I'm excited and pleased with our steps.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We heard of them from a friend. After seeing their price points and evidence of high quality, efficient work it was a no brainer for us.

We began with an initial interview with our project lead from Big to talk about our expectations, ideas, design interests, and to share our style guide. Each subsequent meeting we discussed website progress. They were extremely helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate our design requests, changes, etc. They were also very clear about what they needed from us to finish their job. At the end of six weeks we had our final meeting, gave final feedback, and they walked us through all the steps to get the site live. That, plus the subsequent training videos and meetings, really helped us take over running the website from there and gave us the confidence to be able to make any future edits we need.

We worked with one main person who was our touchpoint with everyone else.

Our executive team and investors were absolutely thrilled with the end result. It’s a beautiful website, and we are now proud and excited to direct people to it to learn more about our company.

I was most impressed by the quality of work at the incredible price point Big offers. I’ve never seen a company do a website for such a great price, and the end result doesn’t look cheap. It’s high quality, and so is their team.

I wouldn’t change a thing. They were fantastic, especially Naomi Johnson our Big designer.
