They were patient enough to understand our needs and what exactly we wanted our website to look like. They suggested us the design and then we put down the content and then with multiple editions we could come to the final look of our website.

The project was our website that they designed where in we chose the template and kept modifying it until we reached to a consensus of the final look.

Yes, definitely we've had people reaching out to us to know more about how we could benefit them.

Project management was effective, especially compared to other vendors.

We as a client having direct access to project manager and the team as well.

There is very less that they could improve. My only suggestion would be that they could use more number of templates and have a wide range of edit options.

Timesheet submissions and tracking is easy with the app hence saving a lot of efforts. Reports help the management analyze the trend and areas of improvement

They took a spreadsheet that I had developed and created a web-based program based on it. This allowed the entry of data into certain fields that could then be used to calculate the resource needs for certain activities.

What was the team composition?

I mainly dealt with their higher management, so I’m not aware of the complete team composition but I know that programmers were involved.

I received a working web tool that I could use with our clients for resource calculations.

Remote project management can sometimes be a challenge because of the time zone difference, but they handled this well.
