I’m the growth manager of Zendev, a software agency. We specialize in IT outsourcing and end-to-end software development. With 85 experts on our team, we work with ventures and established companies, turning ideas into functional products.

We needed help finding good opportunities in the German market for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BidShore provided us with market research, networking, and lead acquisition services. The team focused on the DACH market, especially Germany, where they know the market and work with many companies that might become our clients.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one teammate from BidShore.

How did you come to work with BidShore?

We met them through referrals, mutual colleagues, and friends. They had some really good overall knowledge of the industry and brought a lead that led to a closed deal for us. Moreover, they were interested in working with us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

BidShore delivered leads and introduced us to companies and partners interested in ordering services from our company. We closed one deal worth around $20,000 and have three currently active and ongoing leads.

How did BidShore perform from a project management standpoint?

BidShore was really good at project management, negotiation, and knowing how the industry works and what both sides need. We communicated via email, Slack, video calls, and in-person meetings.
