This led to the development of a strong creative concept and a clear script. The main deliverable was a two-minute feature video designed to showcase the positive impact we bring to the community. They focused on capturing beautiful, authentic moments between our staff and the people we serve, reminding viewers why our work is so important. They also used a content bank approach, meaning they produced for us with a range of edited short-form videos from the longer footage. This maximised our investment and gave us a library of clips to use on social media and other platforms, extending the life of the project.

The feature video we embedded on our homepage has dramatically increased our website's engagement, and we've seen a measurable rise in overall traffic.
