How many teammates from Bertoni Solutions were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We brought in two frontend developers from Bertoni Solutions to support our internal team during a product push. They ramped up quickly, followed our coding standards, and contributed meaningful code within the first week. It honestly felt like they’d been with us for months. Communication was smooth, and they handled feedback really well. We’ll definitely work with them again.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first week, both developers were pushing clean, production-ready code that passed our CI checks and code reviews. Over the course of the engagement, they contributed to over 40 pull requests, closed 25+ frontend tickets, and helped us meet our sprint deadlines without delays. Their work directly supported the successful launch of two key product features, and we saw a 20% reduction in internal bug reports thanks to their clean implementation and QA awareness. Overall, their involvement significantly accelerated our development timeline.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Bertoni Solutions managed the engagement very professionally. Their developers adapted to our agile workflow, participated in daily stand-ups, and consistently delivered work within sprint deadlines. Tasks were completed on time with minimal oversight, and they were proactive in clarifying requirements before jumping into implementation. Communication through Slack and Jira was prompt and efficient. They responded quickly to feedback, adjusted priorities when needed, and maintained a high standard of accountability throughout the project.

What was your primary form of communication with Bertoni Solutions?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was how quickly Bertoni Solutions’ developers integrated with our team both technically and culturally. It genuinely felt like they were full-time team members from day one. Their ability to understand our product, adapt to our codebase, and contribute meaningfully within the first week was impressive. We’ve worked with other outsourcing partners before, but the level of ownership and communication Bertoni brought to the table was exceptional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bertoni Solutions could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive, but one area for improvement could be even deeper onboarding into our product logic and user flows early on. While the developers ramped up quickly from a technical standpoint, a more structured product walkthrough at the beginning might have helped them gain full context faster. That said, once they were up to speed, their performance was excellent.
