I am the COO of Say, a language education company based in Seoul, South Korea. We are a small startup with 5 full-time employees, but with thousands of registered students who use our platform to learn Korean.

Naitik was a pleasure to work with. He checks all the boxes in terms of what you need in a Upwork freelancer: expertise, communication skills, punctuality, and meeting done criteria.

Most of all, he treats your project like his personal project and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Even if some needs were revised during the middle, he is very flexible to adjust, unlike many other freelancers who see the job as a transactional contract.

When I first put out the job post, he was the one who first reached out with specific milestones and a plan for execution (without even asking about price/payment!).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes will become clearer as the business decisions become more informed by the data we collect through the analytics system we created. But one thing for sure is that the analytics system is an invaluable part of our daily, weekly, monthly decision making process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

He's extremely selfless and any client would be lucky to work with him. Specifically, he helped us set up our entire analytics system with GA, GTM, GA dashboard, and even looked into our codebase to give very exact instructions (which went beyond his original duties).

He never badgered me as the client about "when are you going to pay me" and just trusted the client and quietly finished the job (which is the best thing). I am looking forward to using the analytics system to make more informed, data-driven business decisions.

The end goal for this project was to streamline the product with modification of enhanced Machine Learning algorithms and generate the best data analytics and insights from that.

The project mainly consists the Artificial intelligence in the center as our in-house products were already configured with ML algorithms. But we are facing very challenging problems as the data were much inaccurate after running many iterations. It was quite difficult for us to generate insights to conduct valuable business decisions and further revenue analysis. Beneath Analytics played very critical role to streamline our existing product with modification and implementing their new custom machine learning algorithms in our existing products. Now we are getting the expected forecast-ed revenue analysis and the product is delivering the trustworthy data. Also, the data visualization in form of simple dashboards helped us in more detail to understand the product performance and user insights.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is not delivering the expected outcomes and valuable insights on that the company can rely one. We have taken some good business decisions based on the product data and its helping us for the more revenue generation. Also, the dashboards are really very useful to get quick understanding of the user insights.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially, we used to do 2 meetings in a week to track the progress. But after few weeks, we scheduled weekly progress status meeting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Excellent timely deliverables with the greatest accuracy. They are experts in AI domain.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The project to develop AI enabled conversational Chat-bot to reduce the support team's time in handling inquiries from partners and beneficiaries of our services. At the time, we didn’t used any supportive product for that and it was quite difficult to manage all the customer queries on time, we had endless backlogs being a small organization. Beneath Analytics took on this challenge and helped us automate this process and also helped us in prototyping the product and completed the development and integration without any interruption of our services. They trained the historical data and identified the most common patterns. The analytics of the product now also gives us the bifurcation of the query type, length and other parameters in form of data visualization and dashboards. This has made the process a lot more efficient overall and reduced the time of our team in handling queries.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Integrating the conversation Chat-bot with our exiting website enables us to handle inquiries in a more robust, instant, and efficient way, driving efficiency in our operation. The Chat-bot is capable enough to take more requests from our partners. The intelligence and learning speed is quite impressive and our partners and those who use our services have been satisfied with the quality of Chat-bot responses. The recommendation engine in Chat-bot is also widely used by our stakeholders.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had weekly calls to share updates. Delivery of all milestones happened in a timely fashion. Also some ideas the team from Beneath suggested for the better UI/UX helped us to improve connections and relationships with our partners. Their feedback was certainly valuable and useful for us to optimize our resources and improve our service.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are highly impressed with the quality of their work and timely delivery despite the short deadlines. They also captured our brief with accuracy and therefore the  product delivered was exactly what we wished for initially. Naitik is also very pleasant and professional to work with, he has a strong knowledge and expertise in this field which makes it very beneficial when interacting or brainstorming ideas with him on how to improve and automate our services.

The project was critical part of our data insight generation process to make active business decisions.

We wanted to reduce the human efforts in order to cleaning, pre-processing and training the historical data for our product to make business decisions as also it was not as much as accurate to rely on. Having messy and not proper methodologies to understand the raw data, it was highly complex to understand the product behaviour and it’s patterns.

Beneath Analytics played very active role with their customised algorithms to take care of each step from data collections to generate insights from it in very simple understandable data points in form of data visualisation using user friendly dashboards.

As we've been working previously with their CEO, he was our primary point of contact, but sometimes other people interface with us regarding specific tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They completed the project according to our requirements and most importantly - in time with great accuracy. This was helpful because it was one time investment now the data is flowing smoothly and generating dashboard on scheduled timely manner which reduced human efforts at least 60-70% of time.

We really enjoyed working with the team as they made it very easier for us to understand the process. They are good at communication, project management, timely updates, and best thing above all they provided consulting and gave ideas for betterment of our product.

The project to develop the predictive model for the financial forecasting and auditing part. At the moment, we were performing all the tasks manually and it was very difficult to manage all the data and higher risk of the errors. We were unable to do the forecasting with greater accuracy.

Beneath Analytics had the experience working with such projects in the past. We had word with Naitik and he explained to my team all the things very clearly how we can automate this thing with the help of Machine Learning algorithms. Beneath Analytics did the wonderful job delivering the predictive model in that we just need to give the input as excel files.

All the data cleaning, pre-processing, and everything was done by their side. Now we just have to input our data and we can see the beautiful data visualization in the form of graphs in the dashboard with the date range we want a prediction for.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With the help of Machine learning and Predictive Algorithms, now we can generate the financial forecasting reports as per our needs. It’s a much easier job for us to input the data in the user-friendly portal and select the date ranges for the prediction need to be done.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had weekly sync up calls to get the status update. All the deliverables were on time to time. Also, some ideas the team Beneath suggested for the better UI/UX helped us to retain our customers. They are suggesting the most valuable feedback for the businesses.
