It was a draft year for our hockey team, we were fortunate enough to be gifted the services of Ryan to create a marketing brochure that showcased our boys.

Ryan graciously game to the rink ahead of one of our practices and took individual shots of the boys and coaches. I provided Ryan with each players personal information and he created an amazing brochure that we used at tournaments to showcase our team.

The brochure that Ryan created was by far the best looking, most informative brochure for scouts to pick up at tournaments, it was top notch!!

Ryan went over and above to get our brochure ready for us for our first tournament

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ryan's personality, professionalism, the way he worked with 17/18 year old different personalities getting them all to smile for their pictures is not an easy task but he got the job done. We very much appreciated his work ethic to get the job done on time. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Absolutely none!!!

I’m the owner of The PureMind Coach, a coaching business. I started this business on my own, focusing on mindset coaching, but it transitioned into business coaching. Now, I teach others how to start their own side business while still working full time.

I wanted to get myself out there in the most professional way possible, ensuring that my brand aligned with my vision. It was very important to me to have a solid foundation for my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Beliveau Marketing designed a very simple and awesome logo for me. Their services also included designing some branding templates for the documents I give my customers and other branding collateral.

First, I had a phone call with Ryan (Owner) to talk about my vision and for him to understand a little better where I wanted to go with my business. When it came to the logo design, we had a lot of back and forth communication, evaluating different drafts in a very collaborative approach.

Finally, he delivered the final logo and the templates for the documents in various formats to be compatible with different platforms so that I could use them for different purposes.

Currently, I’m in the initial phase of a transition stage, and Beliveau Marketing is helping me with that.

I only work with Ryan directly. I know that he has a few people in the background working on my project, but I don’t communicate with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we engaged, I was just starting my business. Despite that, I noticed an increase in the number of clients I was signing, and an increase in my revenue came along. Beliveau Marketing helped my business take off.

Additionally, many people, even those who didn’t turn into clients, gave positive comments about my logo and brand in general. They told me how much they liked it and how well it suited me, which was very noticeable.

Beliveau Marketing’s performance is great, and their project management is really solid. They’re very organized and communicative, constantly going back and forth to ensure we’re always aligned. We communicate via phone calls and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Beliveau Marketing has a human element that distinguishes them from other providers. They’re not in this business for the money nor to become a big conglomerate; they’re very down-to-earth, and they care about getting results for their clients. That is their best asset.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be good if Ryanbroughtt some of their team members closer so that I can communicate with them. However, I believe that he has kept the project just between us due to our personal relationship.

Be very upfront and clear about what you want. Doing that sometimes can be difficult for some people because they don’t want to sound tough or demanding, but be very honest about your needs because there is no judgment involved in these kinds of projects. Beliveau Marketing is there in your best interests.

Beliveau Marketing has created a professional and marketable website that’s been instrumental in my revenue increase — I’ve felt that I’ve only legitimately launched my business when customers have started placing their orders through the site. Ryan has done a great job with encapsulating the core of my brand into my digital platform, and his team’s efforts have allowed us to acquire $300,000 in sales over the course of four years.

We mainly communicate via email and phone calls and have had the chance to arrange in-person meetings twice. Ryan is always available to attend to my needs and make necessary changes. Beliveau Marketing helped us make a timeline for our election campaign since the project’s early steps. They implemented their marketing and social media knowledge to help us set a good strategy with solid digital content.

We met through a mutual friend; they were blown away by the work Beliveau Marketing did for their site and marketing in general. We decided to work with them based on their knowledge and personality; Ryan and I hit it off right away, and I did not doubt his work ethic. He also came to me with a plan, which made my life easy because his knowledge allowed us to move forward quickly.

We worked together throughout the election campaign process, which started in May 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were phenomenal and easy to work with. Our campaign finished above what we expected in the elections, and people have been saying that we ran an incredible campaign. They stated that our social media piece is what stood out — it was something they’ve never seen before. They worked hard on our live shots for this project to go through the problem areas but with their sharp artistic flair to get the most out of the material.

How did Beliveau Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via phone, email, and text. They also led good schedule management that allowed us to have enough content to keep our social media running even when we had emergencies — they recognized the importance of having extra content.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

The hard work they put into their company to get good results was outstanding. Also, they had a knowledgeable team that helped us go in the right direction with our project. I don’t know much about content creation, but whenever we wanted to do something in a certain way, Beliveau Marketing’s team told us which way it should be done to get the best results. They had the personality to get the message across the way I wanted, but more appropriately based on their marketing and social media savviness.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I was pleased with the work they did for me. We never had a disagreement or argument, and I had zero complaints. 

Any advice for potential customers?

They’re the experts, so listen to them. Too many people come in thinking that they have all the answers; don’t be that person and let them take the lead on your project even though you may think you have an idea.

I run two different businesses; I’m the owner of a franchise broker service, and I’m also the co-founder of a coaching business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Beliveau Marketing?

I volunteered my time to Forrat’s Feeds Families, an initiative that seeks to raise money to provide food for people who need it. I engaged with Beliveau Marketing to help the initiative get more exposure so that we could raise more funds through sponsorships, donations, and buyers of our chocolate.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We asked Beliveau Marketing to create a website where we could all the information about the initiative. The team also developed an e-commerce side to it so that buyers could actually purchase our chocolates online. 

The other part of the project was getting the initiative more exposure through social media, so Beliveau Marketing set up and managed our accounts. It was a collaborative process throughout in that they took our ideas, sent something back for our approval or feedback, and made the necessary tweaks. They created a schedule for our posts and provided us with a guideline on what kind of content we should grab ourselves, like when and what we should be documenting and taking pictures of.

I personally spoke to Ryan (Owner) and the website developer. There were other people involved, but I didn't communicate directly with them.

Ryan was introduced to me by a person that I had been working with on the initiative. He offered his services and we had an initial call to fill him in with details about the program. After that, we began counting on him to fulfill some of our objectives and marketing needs.

I didn't directly manage the finances of the initiative, but I believe the investment was in the range of $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the initiative in January 2020 and I met Ryan a few months after that. Our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As far as our website, users said that it was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. That was important to us because it made it easier for people to make purchases and, in turn, for us to raise funds. The clean and simple design also lends to that and is exactly what we were looking for. 

We also got great feedback for the content on our social media platforms. Their social media post guidelines and schedules really helped us elevate our marketing and increase the public’s awareness of the initiative.

How did Beliveau Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

What I really like about Beliveau Marketing is how, at the end of every meeting, they always send us an email that summarizes what we’ve just discussed. It also details who will be in charge of certain tasks, which I think is great at keeping everybody involved and on the same page. The communication and expectations are always clear.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out to me about Beliveau Marketing is how they always have my best interests at heart. Obviously, they want to grow their business, but they really focus on the client and what’s best for them. Even if it's something we don't really want to hear, they're not afraid to speak their mind and that transparency is just refreshing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would like to see the team provide more solid metrics when it comes to their reporting. It’s a personal preference of mine to see as many numbers as possible.

It always goes back to transparency; if you can tell them exactly what you’re looking for and can express your honest feedback towards their work, they’re sure to provide the best possible service.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Beliveau Marketing did our overall marketing strategy and consulted on our business model to improve our online profile. They also completed the graphics for our logo. They also provide us with social media marketing strategies. 

We had an initial consultation with the Beliveau Marketing team, where I provided them with inspiration I had, including photographs of my work and my social media accounts. A teammate from Beliveau Marketing came onsite to some of my projects and met with some of my clients to see how my business operates. Their team then used those materials and information to develop the branding.

I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries from the website that Beliveau Marketing put together for me. We’re looking a few years ahead in our project and planning future growth, but their services have increased business for me so far. 

My clients like how my presence on social media has improved; they really like my branding overall.
