The goal of this project is to develop a fully functional website for Red Lion. The main features are the introduction of the business, menu, and location, table booking, live chat, leaving a message. The Website should be able to link to Red Lion CRM system to record data and keep track. Also, the Red Lion website links to social media accounts.

Firstly, Beetsoft was handed over the design and content from the Red Lion team. Beetsoft developed the website based on the design documents, discuss with the Red Lion team for clarification if need. Secondly, when the website was finished, Red Lion checked and provided feedbacks for the Beetsoft team to adjust accordingly. Lastly, testing was done by Beetsoft then handed over to the Red Lion team together with related documents.

By using React Native/Spiring boot and sophisticated algorithm, the app will filter out who is best for users to date and come to further relationships. A team of 5 including Project Manager, Senior Developers and Testers. Each individual worked and communicated effectively with us to ensure the workflow.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 4 months of project implementation, we saw a significant innovation in the new design of the contact form in app development, which makes it much more visible for users, and we received a larger number of inquiries only a short time after launching.

The workflow between the 2 parties was impressive, especially compared to other vendors. BeetSoft team ensured dealing with deadlines and always inform ahead of time if there were delays. Platforms in which we used to communicate were mostly Skype, Line, Whatsapp and Phone.

BeetSoft team was unique, open-minded, creative and innovative. We did not stick to our brief from the beginning but adjusted after their consultancy to maximize the project outcome. They gave us continuous consulting progress by experts who are knowledgable in the given field, which totally impressed us.

The minor area which needs improvement is Written Communication. Since some of the staff from our side are not familiar with technical terms in IT and app development, we struggled in reading the documents. However, BeetSoft team explained in detail for us to understand.
