We needed to build a BI system based on Microsoft SQL database and Cubes. Our previous solution was not giving us the flexibility and performance we wanted. Therefore, we decided to hire a company to build for us a solution based on PowerBI platform. We also needed to better comunicate reginal sales to the sales reps and provide them with a tool to check sales stats on the go. 

Power BI mobile apps are a perfect tool for that. Also, an important factor for delivering sales data to the sales reps is that they see only the part of sales they generated. This issue was perfectly adressed by row-level security built in PowerBI platform.

We spend now much less time for creating monthly reports. Instant data availability over web app and mobile app. Increased sales associated to full scope history of our customers, available for sales reps during sales meetings.
