Our goal was to achieve a website that was visually impactful, trendy, clean in design and user-friendly to visitors. Our copy is particular, so we provided the raw data extracted from the site--and Kenji and his team reworked the copy beautifully to tie in with our vision.

The first thing we noticed during the test launch was that we were receiving messages from potential learners and clients. Visitors found the information on the site well organised and visually appealing. Navigating our WordPress site was smoother and loaded faster and the mega menu makes the site more accessible, and it is easy to find the information you need about products and services.

We kept in touch using Skype, and I could send updates, and new content whenever I needed to. Kenji always responded and actioned our requests quickly and effectively. The team kept to timelines and ensured that we got what we asked for.

They were friendly, helpful, pleasing, and humurous. This approach made working with B&E Design Firm such a pleasant experience. If I asked for a change, it would be actioned without necessitating unnecessary meetings. B&E Design Firm just got us and our web design needs. This is often rare that web design can be such a pleasant experience. They did not complicate anything with tech talk, and that made the experience so seamless.

There were minor bugs with placeholder text that needed to be replaced with authentic copy. However, this was done quickly and efficiently.
