What was the scope of their involvement?

BangLUXOR designed our website and branding, including the company logo and color scheme. They also created a database for our customers, courses and a registration form for the training courses we offer. I gave them some information on the company’s overall concept, technical intel that we needed on the website, contact information, etc.

They’re also training us on using the website.

I’ve spoken with Andrés (CEO) and Daniela (Associate Consultant) to align information. We established some delivery packages, and we had feedback sessions for the deliverables.

I searched online and got quotes from several companies. BangLUXOR wasn’t the cheapest, but they offered the best package in terms of quantity and price.

We’ve spent around €700 (approximately $800 USD) with them so far.

We started working with them in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m happy with their work; I described what I wanted the website to look like initially, and BangLUXOR is meeting my expectations based on that. I recommend them as a partner for this kind of work. The website has a good frontend for customers because It’s intuitive and user-friendly.

How did BangLUXOR Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The project is taking a bit longer because I was delayed with some information from my side, but BangLUXOR works fast and delivers on time. We established Microsoft Teams meetings for each delivery, and we have a WhatsApp group for quick questions and feedback.

It’s easy to communicate with them, and they are flexible. We also have meetings on weekends, which is helpful for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They identified the mission and target of our company. Based on that, they organized all the information on the website as I wanted and built a UI for it — BangLUXOR’s team can see the information I want on the website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — everything’s been fine so far.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Once BangLUXOR understands the purpose and market of a company, they can provide what the client wants.

It’s essential to have good communication with them. It was helpful that we had a WhatsApp group where BangLUXOR could ask for information and details. They were able to provide an excellent picture in the end based on those details.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is pretty good. I found some bugs, but they helped me fix most of them. They did pretty well, but their approach to the work wasn't particularly detail-oriented. They gave us a design proposal, quoted us a price, and set a project timeline of one month. However, the work ended up taking two months. This was fine with us, but I was a little surprised.

The final site looks alright, but they didn't add in any clickable links. They gave me some HTML content, but it wasn’t as responsive as we would have liked. I’m a little bit disappointed about the imaging part of the email signature, and I would have liked a chat section and an email submission option as well.

How did BangLUXOR Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I enjoyed the partnership with them. One member of their team handled the entire project. Managing the time zone difference was a little difficult. We used WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared with other vendors, they put a lot of consideration into customer feedback. They’re not very expensive, and their staff is very friendly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

A greater dedication to collaboration solutions would have been helpful since we're operating from different countries. Additionally, multifaceted communication would help them out. Sometimes, WhatsApp messages aren't the best way to communicate project requirements. Emails and online meetings would have helped our engagement.

I recommend working with them.

We had to close our shop and needed to open an e-commerce shop. We had a website but the information wasn’t very clear, the design was not friendly with the customers so we needed help with UX web design.

BangLUXOR Agency redesigned our website and implemented e-commerce. They gave us good information about the best banks to open the right account.

The last company we worked with never explained how we can update the products information instead BangLuxor Agency takes time to train about important aspects to take a picture and loading products and update information on our website. It was very important to us to be able to do that. BangLUXOR Agency explained everything to us. They gave videos and training that made it really simple for us.

We are really happy and we achieved the objective to change the image of our coffee and service. They delivered quality work. Our clients are happy with the design. They’re confident using the website and making transactions. 

The training was also really good. They gave us very simple instructions. Their service was great.

I think that they organized the phases to success project from define requirements to close everything we need to new e-commerce.

We don’t know about programming language. They explained everything in a way that we could easily understand.

We needed to develop a web and mobile app for a creative photography contest we were going to have with the faculty. We worked with Bangluxor in the development of it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The app allowed the students to upload their pictures and vote, and for the jury to visit the applications and vote as well. They used React, Java, and Angular.

We did some research online and we found them on Google. We really liked their portfolio, and they offered better pricing than the other companies so we decided to work with them.

The platform has worked very well. At some point, we had an issue with some files that were too heavy for the platform, but they made adjustments right away and that worked perfectly. In general, the results were great.

The execution time of the project was very short and they delivered everything timely. We used Trello for project management and it worked perfectly— we really liked their project management.

Their design and the UX experience of the site were great.

The training could have been better. It wasn’t very extensive, so we’re still struggling to manage the site ourselves. It was probably not enough training for us to update the site on our own.

Currently, we’re doing a website for a travel agency. They developed it, created the design, the logos, the page structure, etc. 

They use mostly WordPress. They use JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. 

For social media, they do the concept and design for Instagram. They give us different types of posts and we modify them so that it makes sense. They also do Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to display advertising.

We use ClickUp for the tasks and Discord and WhatsApp for communication. We have meetings every two weeks. The team is really fast.

When we need something delivered, BangLUXOR gets it to us quickly. They’re approachable. We can trust them to deliver on time when we have an urgent need.

No, the price and timing are good. They’re always willing to work. They’ll even work on weekends if needed.

Their customer service is really good. They care about the work. They’re good designers too. Their explanations were clear, and they were open to any questions to make sure we understood.

They offer extra services to help increase sales. However, not everyone on the team is knowledgeable about this. Some people weren’t even aware they offered these services.

They could be a little bit faster. They told me the work should be done in one month, and right now, it’s taken longer than that. I can afford to wait, but it would be better if they could finish when they say they will.

They created our website using WordPress, too. During development, they handled all the communication with another provider, along with the APIs.

We saw excellent results because they managed to help us market electronically, which is what everyone in our industry is doing now.  Their work helped us still preserve our company’s protocols. Their work was very good to me, so we’ll continue working with them in the future.

They always met the delivery date for both the website and the application. It’s hard to find a company that can meet delivery times, but they did it on both fronts. Their team worked on the administrative and development portion, while I was in charge of the e-commerce needs, but they communicated with us all the time. We held regular meetings.

Their advice throughout the whole process was most impressive. While my company manages everything related to technology, their team helped make it more applicable to the industry. I didn’t have much knowledge about app development, and they gave us advice to provide the best service.
