We were looking for a flexible solution to synchronize the information about customer's orders, product inventory, or support notes left by our support team.

Although our CRM became a hub of many of these records, allowing forecasting sales revenue, we had to match sales data with the inventory status and make decisions with a few stipulations.

Within 4-5 sessions, Bamboo Agile has collected the requirements to the parameters that had to be delivered from one platform to another and brought in engineers that were able to build an integration between the store and CRM without compromising our data security.

Eugene spearheaded the project and had 2 very capable engineers working on the backend to complete integrations. He engaged our team often to ensure the development was moving forward as we expected.

Bamboo Agile has executed everything we asked in a cost-effective and time-saving manner. After bridging two platforms, we could increase our sales team productivity by offloading our specialists from extra work.

Eugene brilliantly facilitated the communication between our teams. We had daily online meetings that helped streamline our cooperation. After each meeting, Eugene sent the notes summing up what had been discussed. For being on the same line regarding any open issue, they created a project in Jira and reported on the progress there, making monitoring easier for us.

Thanks to their profound expertise in Shopify, we saved much time on completing integrations and received valuable advice on further store improvements. Moreover, their team was always accessible, so we could reach out to them to resolve any problems immediately.

Bamboo Agile has kept us updated throughout the entire development cycle. At first, the team determined our functional and non-functional requirements by means of a thorough business and technical analysis.

Next, we were sent several UX/UI design mockups to make sure that our visions of the final product were aligned. After receiving our approval on the designs, the software engineers got to work.

The incorporation of IVR services went smoothly, giving our company the opportunity to interact with its customers without the need for a live operator.

Finally, after the testing stage was complete, the Bamboo Agile team helped us with the deployment of the platform.

At the end of it all, the platform has significantly increased the revenue generated by our non-voice services and products.

They integrated the solution with our CRM and designed the repository of calls, reports and analytics visualised through the dashboards. After the development stage came to an end, they kept managing maintenance.

Our software was up and running in due time managed by the customer support team. Bamboo Agile gave us some advice to ensure trouble-free operations and set up effective call management.

Ongoing, we were gathering the feedback on the service quality, and what achieved was exactly what we had been hoping for: low average wait time, great customer satisfaction, solution's stability and high performance.

Due to some specifics of our systems, they encountered some integration challenges, but in general, luckily for us, they knew the ropes at VAS and gateway.

The entire scope of integrations incorporated the partners' value-added services, content services, SMS shortcodes and charging gateway function. The development process was followed by testing and help from their side with the platform's deployment.

The successful release of Eruznoma version 1.0 helped us to attract more prospects and customers all over the world, including African regions, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Awesome UX ad UI design of both web and mobile applications became one of our key advantages, although the functionality of the solution we requested from the start was quite poor, that we had to update Eruznoma a lot in order to make it more competitive in the markets.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated every day, had Skype meetings, and used Jira for managing the processes. Frequent contacts helped us to build together the common product development strategy and avoid misunderstanding.

In general, the team met deadlines, but even when couldn't, we were informed of the situation in advance and together found the solution to the issues we might face because of it. All in all, the team showed its professionalism and proactiveness that made us very satisfied with our collaboration.
