I’m an operations manager and I’ve been working for an electronics recycling business for almost six years now.

What challenge were you trying to address with Azpirantz Cyber Security Consulting?

Our goal was to make ourselves appear as a secure partner that future customers will want to work with, so we hired Azpirantz to help us meet government requirements and secure business certifications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Azpirantz put together documentation to help our business meet the government’s requirements. They also conducted penetration testing on our IT infrastructure to make sure that we were up to international standards and, therefore, eligible for an ISO 27001 certification. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with 4–5 people from their team. Our main point of contact was the project manager.

How did you come to work with Azpirantz Cyber Security Consulting?

Azpirantz was recommended to us by previous companies that had used their services. Based on the testimony of their previous clients, we decided to hire the team. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000 at this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first engaged with Azpirantz in Q3 of 2020. The security audit has to be done yearly, so we are still working with the team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Azpirantz has done a really good job of helping us become ISO-certified. They have solid technical capabilities. 

How did Azpirantz Cyber Security Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project lifecycle is really comfortable and hassle-free for us. The project manager is always in touch and ensures that the only thing left for us to do is provide our requirements to their team. We communicate through email and utilize Microsoft Project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We found Azpirzantz’s general way of working to be the best among other providers. From their technical expertise down to their responsiveness, we would give them a perfect rating. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, but I would suggest that they expand their services and not simply stick to a consulting role. They could also benefit from hiring more people and establishing themselves globally.
