AuspiciousSoft has been our long-term technology partner since March 2025. They designed, developed, and continue to maintain our cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android, a custom backend, and multiple web-based management systems. The project included user authentication, subscription management, multilingual support, digital portfolio creation, training modules, job applications, push notifications, payment integrations, and a comprehensive admin panel for managing users, content, and jobs. In addition to the mobile platform, they developed a custom Sales Panel integrated with HubSpot, WhatsApp, and other third-party services to automate applicant management, communication, audition scheduling, and performance analytics across multiple European markets. Throughout the collaboration, they have continuously delivered new features, resolved technical challenges, optimized performance, and provided ongoing maintenance as our platform has grown.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched our platform on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, onboarded our first users, automated applicant communication and audition scheduling through our custom Sales Panel, and created a scalable platform that supports our expansion into multiple European markets. The solution has greatly reduced manual administrative work while giving us the flexibility to continuously introduce new features.  They delivered a robust, scalable platform and were always willing to refine features until they met our expectations. Although timelines occasionally shifted due to the evolving scope of our project, they remained transparent, highly responsive, and consistently prioritized urgent requests. Their communication is by far one of the best we’ve experienced.

AuspiciousSoft managed the project professionally and remained highly responsive throughout our collaboration. Their communication has been exceptional, often replying within minutes or even seconds, and they have frequently been available outside regular business hours, including weekends when urgent issues required attention. Due to the complexity and evolving nature of the platform, some timelines shifted as new requirements and features were introduced, which was understandable. Communication was always clear and proactive, and the team consistently listened to our feedback, implemented changes quickly, and worked with us to find the best solutions. Their flexibility, dedication, and reliability have made them an excellent long-term development partner.

What impressed us most was their exceptional communication and dedication. They consistently respond within minutes, and often within seconds, which is something we have rarely experienced with other development companies. Even outside regular business hours and during weekends, they have been available when urgent issues arose. Beyond their responsiveness, they genuinely think along with us. Rather than simply following instructions, they contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and work collaboratively to find the best solution for our business. Their combination of technical expertise, flexibility, and commitment to long-term success has made them feel like an extension of our own team rather than an external development company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Auspicious Soft Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Honestly, there are no major areas for improvement. Every project has its challenges, especially when developing a complex custom platform, but the team has always been willing to listen, adapt, and resolve issues quickly. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue providing even more proactive timeline estimates for larger feature releases. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with the collaboration and look forward to continuing our partnership.

This team did a fantastic job bringing my vision to life! They built a comprehensive booking system and shop for my San Diego pottery studio (Clayat), following my specific layout blueprints. I especially appreciated their work on the shop page, where they successfully set up individual seller profiles for my staff and studio members to sell their pottery. We continue to work together for any changes or adjustments made to the site.

Met all project milestones ahead of time, very quick response time and deliverables. Clean and organized site which makes it easy for customers to navigate, improved user experience. Testing the booking system and shop pages resulting in zero critical bugs, ensuring a smooth checkout before going live.

Our customer and teamwere very happy about the fast and easy going outcome. We had some difficult cases to solve to connect our platform to our specialised CRM Planner tool. The developer did a great job here!
