Attract Group has become an integral part of our IT team. They’re helping us optimize our platform’s design while working to create a custom, localized experience for customers based on where they are in the world.

At the start of the engagement, we provided specific wireframes. We’re a direct sales organization with a fairly complex multi-level commissions structure. It’s not a typical e-commerce business. We provided them with insight and brought them up to speed on some of the nuances of this industry. Since then, they’ve been able to take ownership and initiative.

The site is completely custom built by Attract Group. They brought a depth of knowledge to the table that helped us customize our entire e-commerce platform.

Customers should have someone on their team with an IT background to facilitate communication. I don’t believe it’s completely necessary with Attract Group, but it makes the process easier when you’re talking about specific software architecture.

Attract Group’s site renovation helped us move from closeout-focused strategies to normal sales operations. With their team’s help, our web business has increased more than 500% since our first year in retail.

The partnership was a long trial-and-error process. Their team constantly tweaked the site until it accommodated all of my specifications and reached the optimal version. A team member was always available if I had questions or concerns with the project’s progress. They continue to make adjustments quickly and efficiently. The CRM system allows us to have a complete control over the company’s business processes, especially those in the sales department. In that section, we can see all the leads coming in from different landing pages and the site. The development team also integrate VOIP telephony, based on Twilio.

The CRM allows us to keep and manage all of the financial aspects of our company in one location. It also produces many kinds of reports, which helps u stay on top of all sorts of important business processes/events. Our analysts have access to sales and financials, current entities' statuses, calls, SMS, and marketing information.

We received a unified coordination tool for customers and employees and increased our sales department’s efficiency by 40%. The latter is thanks to VOIP capabilities, and many new analytics in sales and finance having to do with SMS, marketing, and customer status.

The management was really responsive and flexible.

These guys are really proactive, experienced, and intelligent. They were able to implement all of my ideas and suggest the most optimal solution.

The partnership was good. They're very friendly and they’ve always helped us with what we need. They have a good programming team for building apps and websites. We’ve heard good feedback from users who’ve told us that the app is easy to use.

We had conversations over Skype and phone, while also sending important information over email. All the code is backed up using a software tool. We’ve given them credentials for our app-store accounts. They’ve always been on time, and the communication was good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could learn to speak French.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It’s good to have general IT knowledge on the client’s side, in terms of app and website development. It can lead to better communication with the project manager and the rest of the team. If the client is not aware of how systems are built, it can lead to discrepancies between is wanted, and what the developer delivers.

In 2013, I contracted Attract Group to automate many of the company’s business processes, including a CRM system for lead, client, and payment management; an ERP system that could calculate staff salary payments and other internal processes; an HRM system for recruiting and managing internal personnel work.

Attract Group team had been developing the system for 18 months. They began test synchronizations with the main website in September 2014. As a result, every system participant received multiple advantages.

English students received a user-friendly personal account for class planning and payment, teachers can now set their own schedule through the interface, and the system automatically creates each teacher’s workload and calculates their rewards. Managers and business owners received an easy-to-use instrument for business maintenance. Now, many of our business processes are more transparent and visible, and the realized statistics module provides real-time analytical data about the company.
