When we first started working with Attract Group, we provided a prototype that they’ve rebuilt. Attract Group has been responsible for our app’s UI/UX design and frontend development using Figma as we've moved forward. The app interacts with our wearable device that collects the users’ biometrics and parameters we look for stress. The app also communicates with our clinical portal and displays different breathing exercises and coping mechanisms. 

Through the app, we can monitor the start and end times of therapy sessions and the frequency of events users report in the app. We used to work with a different company for the application’s backend development, but eventually, Attract Group picked up and continued with this task, too.

Attract Group’s team has varied according to our project’s workload throughout our engagement. Attract Group has allocated more resources when we require more work in a shorter time. We’ve worked with a full-time frontend developer, a backend developer, and a project manager throughout our project.

We started developing this project with an in-house development team but eventually realized we needed to outsource the project. Our former CTO found Attract Group on an IT website.

We began working with Attract Group in May 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We know our project is complicated because we need to integrate and make different systems work. Since we’ve worked with other companies on this project, we’ve realized that Attract Group is a good company. The work meets our expectations, and we haven’t identified any data gaps.

How did Attract Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Attract Group’s project manager has monthly planning meetings with our in-house project manager to scope the required tasks for front- and backend development and the required budget. Attract Group also scopes the time needed for each task, and our communication is pretty good, which is one of the biggest challenges in tech development projects. We use Jira for project management and Slack and Zoom for communication.

I want to highlight Ivan's (Co-Founder) and Natalie’s (Senior Business Development Manager) work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Attract Group’s commitment because finding a team that follows through with what they say is hard. From our experience, other developers don’t fulfill their promises, which isn’t the case with Attract Group. Once Attract Group knows our requirements, they provide a competent team that delivers the required work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Attract Group to improve.

I recommend clarifying the project’s scope and identifying all the required development features. Be as clear as possible and ensure being on the same page with Attract Group when putting the scope together.

A major highlight of our collaboration was when they worked closely with our in-house designer to give our homepage a facelift. The result was a seamless blend of design and functionality, demonstrating their skill and adaptability. They've also developed a comprehensive "my account" section, automating our customer onboarding platform.

This increased customer satisfaction significantly. Next to these specific projects, they also development countless number of optimisations throughout the years we are working with them.

• Enhanced Customer Interaction: With the development of the automated customer success platform, customer interactions and overall satisfaction is improved. 
• Streamlined Processes: The optimisations they've implemented over the years have resulted in more efficient and streamlined operational processes (for example customer service). Also the flexibility to fit their work processes in the work process of the other agency we work with, contributed greatly. 
• Increased Project Turnaround and improving our website: Their consistent development delivery and handling of diverse tasks against a competitive hourly rate have led to a quicker project turnaround time.

Attract delivers the projects on time and when they have a delay, they communicate this in an early stage. Erdan who is our Project manager for 2 years now is a highly effective project manager. He's flexible and easy to work with, often responding quickly to any concerns or tasks. Importantly, he's skilled at bridging the communication gap between the development team and the customer, making complex ideas easier to understand.

I’m the founder and CEO of a technology startup that operates a digital gaming platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Attract Group?

We engaged them to help us develop phase two of our flagship gaming platform. We already had an MVP but we wanted to expand the platform and add functionality.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we met with Attract Group to discuss the project scope, and they helped us analyze the business requirements and plan the design and development stages. Then, they recommended we change the technology our previous development partner used to create the MVP, so the product would be easier to scale. 

After that, they built the gaming platform from scratch using WordPress and React for the frontend, and PHP for the backend. The platform is also hosted on AWS. Users can create accounts and competitive gaming profiles to join tournaments via the platform. Once they compete against other players, our platform automatically updates their profiles based on their achievements and accomplishments in tournaments. Since delivering the final product, they’ve continued helping us with maintenance.

We’ve worked with Daria (Project Manager), two UI/UX designers, one WordPress developer, and one full stack developer.

We searched for IT companies who specialize in helping small–medium-sized businesses and came across Attract Group. We met virtually to discuss the project and the requirements, and they provided us with a quote two weeks later.

We’ve invested $66,000 in the partnership with Attract Group. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We kicked off the project in March 2022, and Attract Group delivered the platform in June 2022, but the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We put a lot of pressure on Attract Group to work within our tight timeline, and they delivered the project on time. They provided us with a three-month warranty for the platform and fixed bugs within a matter of days. Since officially launching the platform, we haven’t experienced any issues, and we’ve been satisfied with the quality of the end result. 

How did Attract Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Attract Group has managed the project effectively, especially during the development stage. We worked in biweekly sprints, and met virtually at the end of each sprint. They responded to us immediately, even on weekends, and they were very communicative via Slack. We also used a Google Doc to keep track of tasks.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Attract Group’s biggest strength has been their access to knowledgeable resources. Despite having a unique project, whenever we’ve faced challenges, they’ve engaged the appropriate resources to help us identify creative solutions.

Original goal was to make an eShop but we realized that the scope is wider as company needed to gather all information spread in different tools and divisions of the company. The goal of the project was to have a robust system at the heart of the company where each user can connect to get easilly acurate informations.

We already worked with Attract Group for other projects and were very satisfied: the ratio skills/price is one of the best in the market.

Thanks to a business analyst we made strong specifications. One mockup design agreed and specifications validated, we started development with an agile team to get our beta released in february then the final release in july.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Customers are really happy with the eShop develop for its ergonomy and its effortless process to order. Employees are very satisfied to connect to one single tool to view and manage data.

The management is participative and slack helped a lot the communication. All is very clear in the backlog and the priorities. We worked as any other agile project with 2 weeks sprint for this project.

Agility was great with Attract Group. When you need an extra QA hours they can find, or even a ponctual devops or an expert.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The CEO of attract group is always listening to your needs and understand your constraints in order to find best issues to problems. Continue like this on the road to success.

I’m the founder and CEO of Belichberg, which primarily does software development in the data science industry. We work with computer vision, which requires a lot of data.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw the opportunity to build a product to help our company by labeling data and organizing it in boxes. We couldn’t do it in-house, so we brought in Attract Group. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Attract Group developed the software from scratch; it was created as a web app. We walked through my initial vision, and their UX/UI designer worked with me to design the product. The entire platform was developed using Vue.js; we needed editable labeling processes, which needed to be done in Java.

We worked with developers but primarily coordinated meetings and staffing with a project manager. About five teammates from Attract Group were involved in our project.

We invested $30,000–$35,000 over the short project.

Our engagement with Attract Group was from November 2019–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We didn’t finish the project because of the COVID-19 pandemic; I had to end the partnership because of the pandemic’s impact on our business. We were 70%–80% of the way to viable MVP; it would take another 5–6 months to complete the project and launch it internally. Overall, Attract Group completed 85% of the work they were meant to do. 

How did Attract Group perform from a project management standpoint?

I didn’t have to push Attract Group to complete their tasks. Since the project was for internal use, we had no urgent deadlines. Attract Group’s project manager did a great job organizing biweekly and monthly calls to discuss ongoing tasks. We used Slack to communicate since we were all working remotely. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Attract Group proved that our technical solution was viable. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Attract Group should focus more on the details. I’m a very technical person, and I would’ve liked to know more about the technical aspects of the specific software. Also, since we’re in a specific industry, they didn’t understand everything we needed, but that was okay.

I came up with an idea to make the data from Ukraine’s Real Estate Register - available to the public, to anyone. Basically, I was starting as a startup.

We needed to invent a non-standard approach to integrate the government API (basically real estate register) and make our own backend with API. Also, I needed a cross-platform cost-effective mobile app developed. It was tough. The API didn’t have any proper documentation and normal support from the API owners/company. But we finally did it and I am very grateful to all Attract Group team for their efforts.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My preference was to choose a company that will take care of each part of the project: backend development, mobile app development, and further project support. The decision was made after several companies were contacted. I was using Clutch to find a list of possible vendors.

We’ve started with the technical discovery stage - to understand the technical possibility to develop this idea. Then we needed to develop the backend and the mobile application, and the web application. The technology stack used: PHP/Laravel, AWS, React.js, Flutter.

It was a success. After 5 months after the launch, we’ve got 100k+ downloads in each mobile store.

Attract Group stood out right from the beginning because of their professionalism, portfolio and ability to develop an understanding of our ambitious project. Attract Group has a very can-do attitude and they carry out their work with a smile and a sense of pride. Their app development and UX skills are amazing. I was a total beginner and they walked me through everything, from setting up my iOS/Android developers' accounts to licensing for tools and anything else I needed support with.

Maybe a tool/shared folder with clients were all the information/documents for the project are in one place.

I’m the director of product and operations for a design services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Attract Group?

We wanted to outsource some of our software engineering work to deliver a big project for one of our US clients. The end customer was a startup business that had been operating on a clunky WordPress site until they managed to raise seed funding. 

My company had been working with them on UI/UX designs. For this project, our technical director was the original lead, but we then outsourced the React frontend development and Node.js-based work to Attract Group. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Attract Group has developed a React-based app with an API layer. The team handles the project management and QA tasks. We don’t have a fixed scope of time, so this is an ongoing engagement — we have a retainer agreement where their resources work with us closely. Overall, we use them as an extension of our team. 

In terms of functionality, the app allows end users to search for, configure, and select a new car. Then, they can undergo a full KYC checkout journey to subscribe to our end customer’s services.

We’ve done an initial launch for the project, and we’re improving from where we are right now. Our teams are working on optimizations and improvements. 

How did Attract Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Attract Group’s project management is great. In fact, I wish some of our project managers can perform as well as they do. In terms of tools, we mainly use Jira. Our members use Slack to communicate, and we share designs via Figma. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re diligent, while the other providers we’ve used have been a bit too relaxed. Their resources have kept us on track on many things, and that’s greatly appreciated.

We could’ve used Jira sooner.

I'm a partner with Blue Moon Senior Counseling. BMSC is a group of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW's) that provide supportive counseling and psychotherapy to struggling seniors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Attract Group, and what were your goals?

We didn't have an efficient way of managing incoming inquiries and lacked a housing page where clients could learn more about our company. We looked to hire the Attract Group in an attempt to remedy these issues and ease the difficulty of the referral process. Our goals were to: create a home page for our company, include a self referral process, and make the assertation of PNC's less stress inducing.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across this company online and saw positive review on their work. Hesitant to work with a foreign based group, we were cautious to make sure that the company was legitimate. In contact, the group was very reactive in giving up a multitude of of American companies as references and detailing previous projects with American companies. We ultimately decided to work with this group because they expressed the greatest desire and established a strong aptitude on our project.

Three projects were developed for us: an original app that was upgraded/updated and a completely separate app. They gave us a detailed project timeline and development sheet and met all goals.

The app is currently being used by 180 BMSC therapists and we've heard nothing but positive feedback

The project manager was excellent and very accommodating considering the time difference. We tend to change things, which can become frustrating, but they were always positive and flexible.
