We had an incredibly short-term in which we wanted our product to go to market. With help from Attract group, we we're very quickly able to design an MVP version of our platform which fit our needs and budget, which allowed us to go to market super quickly. We used React, Laravel, PhP and MySql to develop it.

The delivarable of the product has been made, and it is exactly what we desired to receive!

Super involved, we were able to make ad hoc adjustments to the platform all throughout the development process. We had direct communication with everybody in the team through slack channels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to adjust to any product that is needed, and help in the process of perfecting it. We were able to design and come up with a much stronger design for our product because we worked together with Attract then if we built it ourselves.

They created a proof of concept, also known as a prototype, for a web application. They’re using VOO, Swift, and Kotlin. Also WebRTC and PHP for the backend.

The proof of concept was $2,700.

We started working together in May 2020 and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We just finished the first phase of the project and are moving on to development, which will last about 2–3 more months. They have a wide range of knowledge in all things related to web and mobile development. They come up with their own ideas and present them. If something doesn’t work, they come up with solutions. With every iteration, they went above and beyond.

How did Attract Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very professional. Their communication is incredible; they respond quickly and respond to notes very efficiently. They’re very detailed and always hit the notes I have for them. They’re technically proficient. They were very organized and structures.

I gave them a week’s notice, and they were able to get us a proof of concept in two weeks. They delivered everything by the deadline and even provided additional features.

Even though they were out of the country, there were no language barriers.

Their communication, how they react to notes, and their attention to detail sets them apart. Their technical capacity was impressive.

The number of incorrectly manufactured products was reduced by 98%. The speed of information exchange was increased by 90%. The speed of goods turnover in the warehouse was increased by 60%.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Speed ​​of implementation of all improvements. Strict observance of technical deadlines. Their technical support along the entire path of project implementation made the process much easier. Implementation of any logical tasks into a working function and algorithm.

Our customer required a streamlined approach to processing large volumes of video data and for generation of a histographic map of subjects across those videos

What were your goals for this project?

The platform had to allow for the identification of subjects across hundreds of thousands of videos without overwhelming the user with too much data

How did you select this vendor?

I interviewed 10 developers, shortlisted the top three then asked the top three candidates to spend 8 hours developing a single page. The developers were graded on quality of deliverable and communicaiton/synergy.

AttractGroup came out on top because of not only their high quality, but their unique mix of highly intelligent programmers who asked the right questions/gave the right suggestions, but also because of their great project manager who was very proactive and delivered milestones which were accurate, logical and which gave me confidence in their ability to deliver the project

They took the UI/UX design I provided to them tand identified errors in the design, created a milestones from that design, and delivered a Django frontend based on those milestones

What was the team composition?

Unlike when I hire freelancers, when I hire a s/w development company I prefer not to know how the company works. All that matters to me is that either:

1. there is a good project manager to ensure the project succeeds
2. there is a good programmer which I can communicate to (most programmers are terrible at expressing their ideas in a meaningful way)

Their PM was very good at making sure the milestones were delivered on time

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I liked the synergy their PM had with their lead s/w architect: The architect was a brilliant guy who would identify problems but the PM was a likeable guy who relayed those concerns in a less aggressive way than most programmers would do. I find this is all s/w consulting agencies need to do: have friendly people on the front and less social, but more experienced, coders in the background

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

As I said before, there was one main PM and most of the communication was through him. All milestones and budgeting were done through spreadsheets. I especially liked that they matched the budget to the milestones.

As a Prime Contractor, I become very uncomfortable when my subcontractors give me vague quotes for seemingly no reason (ie. based on a 7 hour work week, lump sum fo travel/accomodation, etc.)

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In order of importance:

1. They went through every single wireframe and identified every single issue even before being paid. I thought this showed integrity.
2. That they went through every single wireframe and matched the milestones and thus the budget to those wireframes, thereby ensuring the quote was meaningful to me
3. the high quality of work

Are there any areas for improvement?

My scope was very limitted so I cannot comment on other areas like UI/UX design, API design, s/w development etc.

We did an online search for different companies. We decided on Attract Group because they were professional and their prices were competitive.

We started working together in April 2019 and the work is ongoing.

We had some customers who tested the site, and it did very well. Attract Group did an excellent job. They work really hard.

Communication is great. They meet deadlines and comply with every requirement. We communicate via Slack and email.

I’m really happy with them. They produced quality work.

I’m the CEO of Belnet, an internet provider present on the market since 2006.

We had outdated software and had to do a lot of unnecessary paperwork manually.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a single portal for managing internal processes such as billing, client management, tariff management, and statistics. We were planning to digitize and optimize most of our processes, including our CRM system, and synchronize them with hardware via an API (NAS, Radius protocol).

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We researched local vendors, and Attract Group proved to be the most relevant option.

The portal features a personal account for internet customers where they can choose tariffs and pay online. It also has a CRM system where a point of connection can be added, data can be edited, multiple addresses can be assigned to one user, and internet speed can be monitored and regulated. We also use NAS as a gateway between users and the Radius server to either reject a user and deny them network access or accept the user and let them onto the network.

We’re working with a backend development team.

The project is still in progress, but the MVP we received complies with our requirements completely.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager is very responsible and presents all the data clearly and transparently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is very knowledgeable and able to translate any idea we come up with into reality. They’ve even managed to cope with the most complicated tasks. We’re working with Python/Django developers, and the team makes proactive suggestions for system improvement. I really appreciate this.

The novelty of the app has generated a lot of interest from our customers, with over 1,000 downloads and growing just a month after release. We plan to develop another project with them soon.

I’m a business owner of MedCo Media, a subscription service featuring a library of articles for users to post to their social media. Former members of the dental manufacturing industry created it to offer medical professionals a simple way to strengthen their patient connections through social media postings.

Due to their tight schedules, I know many dentists struggle to fill their company’s social accounts like Facebook with useful content.  I contracted Attract Group to turn my idea into a working product.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to create a service to automatically select relevant articles and send them to doctors for review. Functionally, giving them content to post to their networks helps them strengthen their social media presence.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I selected Attract Group based on their expertise in the development space. During the bidding process, they proactively offered several suggestions on how to better create my new site.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Attract Group built a digital tool that strengthens medical professionals’ social media presence. They curated a library of accurate and educational articles to ensure efficient and targeted communication. These materials come from a reference library featuring thousands of articles across 16 clinical categories. 

Our service sends users this content and posts it to their Facebook account. Customers pick their categories of choice, indicate the days and times they’d like it posted, and our editorial staff does the rest.  Attract Group developed the entire platform that facilitates our program. It’s an excellent instrument for busy professionals.

Attract Group assigned us a team that was responsive to my queries and always ready to implement my requirements. I had a dedicated project manager, as well.

Our service is running smoothly through the stable and secure platform Attract Group built. We have satisfied users who send us lots of positive comments about how much they enjoy it. The team provides ongoing support for the low-maintenance software they delivered. We’re continuing to work together on upgrade options.

We held regular discussions, and the team sent frequent updates. I was always aware of the development process and stages. As a result, delivery was very prompt.

Attract Group offers a wide range of programming skills. They have a keen ability to provide creative suggestions for areas to improve within both our development and business models.

They use basic project management software, but it gets the job done.

I was the development manager of a social media site.

What challenge were you trying to address with Attract Group?

We needed to build a tool similar to LinkedIn for people working in the entertainment industry. It targeted sound and lighting engineers and other specialists. We wanted to create a tool that would allow teams to communicate and give managers access to team members’ conversations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The documentation we provided could have been more specific, but it was detailed enough to develop an estimate and work plans. PHP was the main language. One of the functionalities was a wall, similar to that of Facebook. Instead of news and posts, it was used for teams and clients to communicate. All files and conversations were saved there, and the team lead was able to keep an eye on each one, even in the case of multiple teams.

We worked with four people from their team: designers, developers, and the owner of the company who served as the project manager.

I found them on Elance. They scored within the top 1% for the PHP tests on that platform out of 200,000 global companies. This is why I chose them, and I was satisfied.

The cost of their work was around $10,000.

The project with Attract Group ran from October 2012 until July or August 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was an awesome solution for its time. The client liked the software. We ended this project when the client didn’t have any more resources to push the project forward.

How did Attract Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Attract Group was great. We communicated daily which happens when developing software. There were always changes to make. It was a big challenge. We used Skype for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their code quality was absolutely outstanding. A couple other developers checked it and said that Attract Group’s code was well-made.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the time, one of their developers didn’t have good English skills, but I’m sure they’ve managed this tiny communication issue since then.
