They did the whole project for us - web, application, back end. As we are growing and developing, they help us keep it running and add new features.

We needed a good online guide solution that would incorporate both website and mobile app. We needed our partner restaurants to be able to log in and edit the information on their own.

We checked a lot of developers - Ukraine has plenty. Attract had a good combination of attractive price and experience to prove they were capable of doing the job.

They designed and developed the website and mobile app (both ios and Android). They've also created a great portal that can be used by our employees as well as restaurants to add and edit information. Guests can add photos and leave reviews.

What was the team composition?

We mostly dealt with Ivan - the boss, and our project manager Victor, as well as their designer Darya.

Well, we've got a platform that's number one in Ukraine. What else can I say? 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We liked it because there was one point of contact and we didn't really need to bother about a lot of things - they were offering solutions and all we needed to do was say yes or no.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It's easy to work with them. We didn't need to hold their hand and point out everything we needed - a general idea of what we wanted was enough to create a great product. And the price was great, too

Attract Group designed and developed the back- and frontend of our project. We provided a basic mockup and they used their imagination to build it.

I don't know how many people were involved, but they used a Python backend team, a frontend team, and a designer.

Without Attract Group, the project would have slowed several months. They allowed us to focus on our key expertise and be more beneficial.

We talked primarily with the CEO, who led project management. If we requested to speak with the project manager, we could.

They delivered what they promised on time, and their work adhered to the highest quality standards.

They could improve the communication between their CEO and project manager. It wasn't a big deal, but we had to request a few changes and clarify how the work should be done.

Project setup and timelines reflect on their expertise. They offered consistent set up that was still flexible to some changes we requested, without affecting their performance.

The time difference caused some timing issues, which I've found is common when working with an oversees team.

They are up to date with new technologies and willing to adapt to meet client requirements.

I believe it would have been better if they had sent more frequent reports.

The team also built payment integrations for Stripe and Paypal. Attract Group produced a minimum viable product (MVP) in six weeks and completed development after four months.

I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the team’s business acumen. It is very hard to find a team that understands the business problem as clearly as you.
