What challenge were you trying to address with Atoped Digital Solution?

We needed somebody to implement the website design we had. Also, we wanted the site to be fully optimized for speed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We reached out to Atoped Digital Solution for an e-commerce website design project. We already had a plan and designs in place, so they developed the website using WordPress. Key features included a checkout cart, payment integrations, product listings, and security features such as SSL and HTTP. They also optimized the website for minimal load time.

We only worked with one developer to implement the design that was already in place.

We read some reviews on another platform and checked out their portfolio. That was enough to convince us to hire them for this project.

We spent about $1,500.

The project started in August 2021 and ended in October 2021; it was a one-time job. However, we engage them regularly in case we need any updates or changes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Being an e-commerce website that has many functionalities and elements, the project was a complex task, and it was the main KPI that we were looking to achieve. Atoped Digital Solution was effective in optimizing the website for the load time that we wanted.

How did Atoped Digital Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicated on time and were very responsive and supportive. The team asked questions, and we always provided the necessary resources. We had good communication throughout the project, which contributed to its success.

We communicated over email, Skype, and a WhatsApp group chat.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism enabled us to make well-informed decisions promptly because we had efficient back-and-forth communication. Particularly for this project, that was very important because it involved a lot of resources and decision-making.

Make sure that you’re available for prompt communication in case they need any resources from you. Atoped Digital Solution likes to confirm information before they can move forward with implementing things.
