Honestly, I'm reaching here because the experience was great overall, but a few things that could've been even better:

1. More Industry Benchmarks Upfront It would've been helpful to know what "good" looks like - like what conversion rates other interior design businesses see, typical lead scoring accuracy, etc. We figured it out eventually, but some benchmarks at the start would've helped set expectations and measure success faster.

2. A/B Testing Built In The system works brilliantly, but we had to manually track when we tested different landing page versions or quiz questions. Having built-in A/B testing tools would let us optimize faster without external tools.

3. Longer Post-Launch Check-Ins They did a 2-week post-launch check-in which was great, but I would've loved a 60-day and 90-day scheduled review to discuss optimization based on real data. We figured things out, but their expertise would've sped up our learning curve.

4. Template Library for Campaigns They set up our initial email sequences and campaigns, but having a library of pre-built templates for different scenarios (luxury clients vs. budget-conscious, renovation vs. new build) would've helped us expand faster.

5. More Granular Lead Source Tracking The system tracks which channel leads come from, but we've since wished we could see more detail - like which specific Instagram post or which Pinterest board drove traffic. That would help us double down on what's working.

6. Video Tutorials for Advanced Features The basic training was excellent, but as we've gotten more comfortable, we've discovered features we didn't know existed. A video library showing advanced capabilities would've been great for self-service learning.

These are honestly minor nitpicks. The system has exceeded expectations and transformed our business. A clearer, documented scope with mutual agreement on what constitutes a change versus a refinement would have prevented conflict.
2. Timely Delivery and Accountability
The project extended well beyond the original timeline with no fixed handover date.
Despite full payment, the team attempted to close the project while critical modules remained incomplete.
A more structured delivery plan with milestone-based accountability would have ensured better outcomes.
3. Client-Centric Communication
Communication became increasingly defensive and transactional over time.
Instead of collaborating to resolve usability issues, the team focused on justifying why they wouldn’t address them.

As a result, there was a tail end of the project which extended beyond the original milestone delivery timeline to debug and address issues. I think impacts to our timeline could have been minimized if their testing had been more thorough and tailored to the user experience, and if expectations were made clearer at the beginning that, after the final milestone was delivered, there would still be an additional debugging period.

The project delivery has been a few months later then planned but i do have to say we have build a very large application with lots of functionalities and therefore lots of coding.
